I fully agree with the recent review Regarding their driving. I was following truck #2 on 101 south and he got off in Petaluma. Nearly caused two accidents, tailgated me and multiple others, swerved from lane to lane and used the weave lane on the far right to pass cars. I cant speak to quality of work but if they are willing to employ drivers like this who advertise for their company (logo on side of truck) I would be worried about the quality of work performed

I have never worked with this company but if they do work the way they drive they are dangerous and risky . If you can't keep control of people cutting people off and speeding in a company truck what makes you think they can control there guys stubbornness at work.
Truck #106 was dangerous swerving and speeding on south 101 5:25am March 23rd

InCom Mechanical did a fairly large commercial job for me and did a great job. I don't know why they have such a low Yelp rating. Bob who lead the project was very knowledgeable and always easy to get a hold of and got guys to show very quickly when issues arose. I also really liked Chris and Jose and thought they did very skilled work. They are also much better priced then most plumbers in the area. I'd definitely use them again.

I called the company, spoke with Jennifer and acted like a possible client. I brought up the Yelp review ( mine ) and kind of tested her responses to identify if they are a responsible caring company and if they would take action. The responses were exactly what I would expect from people who actually do care and are responsible business owners. Things cannot always be perfect in business and ultimately what matters is that when there is an issue that the company acknowledges and takes the appropriate action. My candid conversation with the company clearly shows me that they treat clients and those who are not clients with a high level of priority. In my business I deal with bad / irresposible business owners and employees daily...Good job Incom Mechanical

Income work truck 102 dangerously cut me off on the freeway in Petaluma this morning at about 5:30 am. This driver should have his driving privileges revoked.
Here is what happened,
I was in the fast lane with a safe distance between me and the four door vehicle in front of me that was driving 68 mph, there was a big delivery truck in the slow lane next to the car in front of me. The incom truck 102 came racing up next to me and tuned into my lane, I slammed on the breaks so incom wouldn't run into my van and the car behind me swerved and almost rolled into the center guard rail. The vehicle that was I front of my van but now in front of the incom truck moved into the slow lane to get away from the Incom truck. The income truck sped up to 90 mph to avoid getting his number recorded.
This isn't the first time an Incom truck has cut me off and I often see Incom trucks driving 80 mph in the rain and tailgating when most of the traffic is going 55-60.
I hope Incoms work safety practices are not as bad as their dangerous driving habits.

InCom installed a sprinkler system about 5 years ago. We had our 5 year inspection, and a few things were flagged to be corrected. I called to have someone give us an estimate. Then I waited.

After leaving several messages I gave our company name a little differently than normal, and was transferred to an actual person instead of voice mail. That person said they were surprised to hear from me, as it had been five years, so he thought everything was fine with the job. I told him what the inspector had said, and asked him to meet with me to talk about it, and provide an estimate. He said he was very busy, and would probably be able to met with me the following week. We set up an ""afternoon"" appointment for the following Tuesday.

That Tuesday came and went and he still has not shown up. We have to have another company correct the issues. When I called to speak to the owner he was ""away"", so I spoke to a manager of some sort. He doubted that their employee was ignoring my calls, he said we must have lost the tag I was asking him to supply (a metal plate that is supposed to be attached to a sprinkler system), and he recommended that next time we make copies. He said he would call me back, I am not holding my breath.
