After 4 quotes for my gas line project, Inception was the only company willing to try a less invasive option before tearing into my fireplace. Lo and behold it worked! It was a great experience and cheapest of all my bids.

First of all let me say Stu was so knowledgeable and helpful with the initial consultation and pricing. My sewer line had a pipe bust I had several quotes from Plumbing company's. I had two for the same price and went with Inception because they're customer service out shined the other company by far. Chris and Scott (angels) conducted the demo and replaced the pipe. We ran into a hiccup and I was super worried. Chris assured me that it would be ok and he hasn't had a job yet that he couldn't repair. He calmed my nerves tremendously. They went above and beyond to keep me updated while working and made sure I understood everything. They are the best and I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing issues.

This visit was for an estimate. Dan was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. What a positive, happy outlook on life! Great to deal with. I wish all service providers could be this nice. After seeing what the job entailed he called his office to see if they could lower the estimate, which they did. I did not hire this company because of the amount of the estimate they gave me. Too expensive, even after lowering the price.

They will charge you to come to your house without looking at a thing and start quoting you super expensive prices to replace whatever your problem is/ it's a scam.

My usual guy who I have used to clear drains couldn't come because of sickness, so my tenant called Inception because of the 49$ drain promotion.
The basement drain next to washing machine was backed up, so obviously the main needed snaking.
The technician snaked the line from washer drain to the main..........and charged 325.00$. They did not even snake the main. Said 49$ was cost to come look and give bid.
So crazy high price to clear a drain, but water drained for a couple of days and backed up again.
Was told warranty did not apply to main since they had cleared washer line, and another charge would be to do main.
So called ABMay and they came and cleared it all up for 79$. Like a normal drain cleaning would cost.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
Obviously ripped off a lady who was distressed, and happens to be disabled.
And didn't even do the job correctly.

EDITED after a day: received full refund and apology. So that was great customer service!
But still, the price was ridiculous for an attempt at drain clearing.

Chris was very nice. He showed me your base price to remove my old toilet and install the new one I purchased. I asked for the base price over the phone but was told the technician needed to see the job. Chris showed me the base price before anything so I don't understand why they couldn't do that over the phone. Once I heard the base price of $615(!!!) I quickly canceled the service. I immediately called Mission plumbing and got a base price over the phone of $285. I don't know where you're getting those prices but they are very expensive!!

Over priced, bad to their employees, dispatchers talk over you and I could not get a word in edge wise. I highly DO NOT recommend! The owner is not a nice guy. They were rude to me when I disclosed I have a disabled son.

Only one review??!? How is that possible?!? After trying to get someone in for days following the sub zero temp hell froze over experience, (Note: DO NOT rely on a big name company) James Royal and his teammate did an amazing job of replacing a busted valve, relocating my main shut off, and replacing my sewer line in a time span of 5 hours. Very professional, very timely, God help me if I have any more issues anytime soon, but I will be calling these guys if I do. Thanks!!!

The crew were incredibly efficient and responsive! We were directed to them by Schloegel Remodeling, as our hot water heater was out of commission for the third time in 6 weeks despite three visits from another two companies. We had a new heater installed within 48 hours, coordinated with an electrician for related work

Wow, where to start? Simply put; quality, fast, dependable and trustworthy. Oh, and value!

Here's the deal I ALWAYS say support LOCAL business!

I knew about Inception Plumbing and was happy to see Darrell doing well/staying busy.But now I know why he's busy and his reputation is so good!!!! It's just how the man does business. (Btw I've used national plumbing companies- never again)

First, Darrell tried to figure out a way to save me money, he walked me through what needed to be done long term/short term- shot me a price and then came in UNDER bid.

He was EARLY for a consultation. And the next day when he came to do the work, he was running behind but called to give us a reasonable expectation of when to expect him. And he was there. On time.

He was clean and he made sure to clean up (laying drop cloths) after the job was done.

When it came time to pay, he said, ""don't worry, I'll invoice you and if you need to do installments- I'll work with you too."" His pay almost was secondary to the job at hand! NEVER have I experienced that and even when I ran a company myself I EXPECTED the money I earned. Not Darrell. It was secondary to the job, and to my mom being happy. He was genuine.

When my mom (who's house he worked on) was worried that it wasn't quite ""right"", he came BACK over, same day, 7pm! He did it right the first time, but still wanted to make sure she was happy.

I can't express in words the happiness it brings me to see my mom happy and to have a working sink. But moreso, that there are those ""old school"" business who still go the extra mile, with TIME, service and quality. It's a lost art. You've earned my business and I only wish everyone I spent my money with had your integrity.

At the end of the day he's successful not just because of the first part of his review: fast, quality, quick, clean, and value.-

But because of who Darrell is as a person.

I wish you more success than those nationals. Thanks Man! Really! Thank you. I wish there was more I could do for you other than this review.
