Came for an estimate and arrived on time. Antonio looked at the job explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable quote. Needed two faucets installed and another sink and faucet modification. We agreed on a date and time and he arrived on time. Completed the job as discussed no surprise charges. He's very professional, the house was left as he found it, CLEAN. Work area was kept clean and organized .
Quality of work excellent. Knows his trade very well.
I actually have him returning to service my Tankless water heater.
Hard to find a real plumber. Most can only unstop clogs nowadays. I have found a true Plumber with Antonio!!

It was time to replace the old dishwasher. The Home Depot quoted a steep price for the installation so I called Inbound Plumbing and I'm glad I did. When I was disconnecting the old dishwasher I discovered that the hot water valve didn't close all the way. So Antonio replace the valve and a bit of the plumbing. He took his time on the install and made sure everything worked to my satisfaction. I'm telling you, call Inbound Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Our bathroom was a complete disaster on a weekend and Inbound came to the rescue. They used very clear camera snakes and had all the right equipment to fix our house. We had a clogged toilet, main line, and P-trap in the bathtub. Antonio involved me in the process with inspections and photos/videos of the issues. With their video snake, they discovered underlying damage with our plumbing system that needs to be repaired at a later date. Overall great service, fair pricing, and a great attitude towards their work. Thanks Antonio!

My neighbor recommended InBound plumbing. Antonio came and assessed our 25 plus year old hot water heater, and its shed, providing me with six options, including tankless. He gave me the pros/cons of each option, and based on my goals, budget, and household size, we agreed upon the final hot water heater. He also installed a gas shut off valve in case of earthquakes or other major shaking of the house and showed me how to reset it. Antonio refurbished the shed, secured it to the house, and fixed the door to completely shut. He basically didn't try to oversell or upsell me on anything, which I appreciate and respect. All of his work areas were cleaner than when he arrived, so it was as if he was never here. He just magically got work done! He even took the old water heater and all the trash with him. He showed up on time, provided estimates when promised, and got all the work done within the committed timeframe. Antonio is knowledgeable, and In fact, he gave me info on rebates and incentives for tankless water heaters. To top it off, I received a text the next day asking how everything was working. Only my oral and orthopedic surgeons have done that, so Antonio gets customer service bonus points. We will definitely use InBound Plumbing again.
