They would not give be a quote/estimate via EMail. Very, very frustrating. In actuality, most of these plumbing companies do not give EMail estimates. I did get 3 though, from 3 other companies/individuals.

Ivan came out to help me track down a leak in my bathroom. The company's communication was excellent throughout the process. Ivan was very friendly and conscientious, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He successfully located the leak and, since it wasn't a plumbing issue, he recommended someone who could assist me further. He also cleaned up everything perfectly!

I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

Everyone on this team is so professional and kind. They came to my house to find a leak and found a major amount of rot. They worked with me to find the best solution for me and my budget and got my house back to being safe and functioning. This team of employees are so hard working. They barely stopped to have lunch and powered through a five-day project at my house. Junior redid my flooring and is an expert floor guy. The owner Rigo communicated with me every step of the way. The quality of their work was exceptional. I will never use another plumber.

I had a leak repaired by one of the Manager plumbers. I was happy with the repair but the plumber recommended I have a shower valve replaced because the faucet was leaking as well. I asked him if the valve had a cartridge I could replace and he said no and gave me a quote for $1,824.36 to replace the valve.

I thought this seemed high and called another plumber for an estimate. He glanced at the valve and asked ""Why don't you just replace the cartridge?"" I asked how he could tell at a glance there was a cartridge and he responded any plumber could tell just by looking at it.

Glad I got another plumber to look at it!

The fix cost me $23 for a new cartridge.

I do not recommend this company.

In their response below, the business replied their plumber recommended a full valve replacement rather than a cartridge replacement. I asked the plumber if the valve had a cartridge and he said no then gave me an estimate over $1800. They say they ""stand by our approach"". Their plumber told me something that wasn't true. Not a good approach if you ask me.

They came out. They looked at it. They were here the next day and they just got finished. They spent all afternoon perfect no mass no fuss. Excellent very very polite people I would recommend them to anybody.

I had In & Out Plumbing out to install and new faucet in the kitchen and new valve stems in the tub. Figured that would be a $500-$600 job. I've done it several times over the years, but am now too old to do the work. They wanted almost $1300.00! I paid them since it had to be done, but feel they took advantage of a senior citizen. The tech was nice enough and did a good job, but then told me there would be NO warranty on the work. Plumbers have always been expensive, but it felt like highway robbery. The owners must be sending their children to Harvard Law School.

Price was reasonable for replacing two shower cartridges and communication to schedule was solid, but after reinstalling the shower handles they suddenly turned 360 degrees. Another plumber was able to resolve the issue when they were out for a separate job, but I recommend double-checking the functionality of any servicing done.

This company is amazing! They return calls in a very timely fashion. The support people are professional from the get-go! They were able to have a plumber out the next day to give me an estimate - which was very reasonable considering it was a burst pipe! He said it wouldn't take very long and could fix it right then! Of course I was thrilled. Then Brandon went the extra mile at no additional charge and re-wrapped all the insulation back on the pipe. This experience was like a breath of fresh air considering all the ""flaky companies"" I've had do repairs recently. If you hire this company for any of your plumbing needs - you will be pleasantly surprised. I now very carefully check out companies I'm considering hiring - too many flakes that charge too much for poor quality service.
