The staff over at In & out plumbing and construction was fantastic, very fast response time with excellent communication skills. They promptly estimated and fixed my grandmother's leaky faucet. I made an appointments for a plumber to come and do a visual inspection to my leaking shower spout, to give me a cost estimate. He tried to remove the left handle to check the cartridge, forcing it out and snapped it broken. He couldn't put it back and left me with, not only with leaking faucet, but also a broken handle. He promised to email an estimate that I never received. We called his office to speak to the manager or owner, left a message on what happened, was told the manager will call us back, also never happened. I'm frustrated and disappointed with this company. The least they can do is fix what he broke.

Update: The company owner called and tried to offer to take care of the problem and to give me a discount which is nice but unfortunately it's been three days and I already hired someone else.

We had clogged sewer pipes into the city lateral main and the guys at In & Out Plumbing came to the rescue same day. They were thorough in their inspection, cleaned out wherever they could, and inspected further to finally find the root cause of the issues.

Not only were the servicemen hardworking, their administrative office staff were a pleasure to work with and when I needed something, they got it to me without any questions or excuses.

In and Out Plumbing (Atef and team) are truly exceptional! I would highly recommend them for any kind of plumbing project.
We were on the tail end of our 1 year long remodel project when Millbrae Water Works showed up at our house and caught us by surprise by telling us that we needed to do some intense domestic water line upgrades, which required extensive trenching across the street to be able to install a larger water meter for our house.
I spoke to a lot of Plumbers for my project but decided to give the job to IN and Out Plumbing because they seemed very knowledgeable and prompt. They started the work on my house right away, kept me in the loop with all the progress and next steps. They worked well with our neighbors and my contractor and finished our very arduous domestic water tie in, ON budget and ON time without any supervision on my end! We are glad we made the right decision for our project and appreciate the In and Out Plumbing Team for the quick turnaround and successful completion of the domestic line upgrade.

Estimator came Friday, on time, gave us a good price and timeframe.
Crew arrived early Tuesday, completed the task, then double checked the measurements and finished up with corrected measurements using a template. They were so friendly and fun to work with. We will most certainly have them back.

I needed to have my sewer lines replaced for a while now and everywhere I shopped around at was charging outrageous prices. Called up in and out plumbing and they had a reasonable price and said they would be out the next day to complete the repair.
They were timely and efficient with their service and were really helpful with any questions I had.
I will definitely be calling them again if I have any issues in the future.

Excellent workmanship while the staff and communication is always superb. I've had them do a number of repairs for me and without a doubt I recommend them - the cost is so much more reasonable than more expensive competitors based in San Francisco. Most recently a kitchen faucet that I provided and they installed with a few adjustable hiccups but the work and install process was seamless.

I called yesterday after I received a referral from Milo at Chizled fitness in San Carlos. Angel came out TODAY and installed a new kitchen sink faucet I purchased at Home Depot. He also resealed around the sink/tile. He was very nice and he cleaned up after himself. Easy Peasy! I would definitely use them again. I am very pleased.

Jennifer called on a Saturday and said they could take care of my cook top gas leak.
Jennifer scheduled an appointment for Monday morning; she listed us as a priority.
Angel and Jose arrived for scheduled appointment; they were courteous, friendly and explained the problem and how to fix the gas leak. AND I even received a senior discount.
Angel and Jose fixed the problem when the original installer would not call me back!
I will call them again if needed.
