We used to love these guys. Sadly our go to guy, Manny, left.

This morning we had an emergency. We called them, and they scheduled a time to come. They were within the allotted time, which was great. But we were assigned someone different.

The new guy came in, took a look at the job, sized me up (apparently for a sucker) and quoted me $300... for a clogged kitchen sink. We haggled a bit and since I didn't have much time (it's a saturday), we settled on $250. I had a feeling I was getting ripped off, but given the urgency, I decided to live with it.

Price aside, the plumber came into the house with his boots on (no covers) and to add insult to injury, he had forgotten a few tools. He apologized but wanted to leave for 45mins to go get the tools. We just didn't have the time to spare.

To top it all off, I called Miracle Plumbing (5 stars on yelp) and they showed up almost right away, on time, and did the job for $115. All this without haggling. And their guy, Lonnie, was very polite, courteous, and walked into the house with boot covers without prompting.

I was looking for someone to remodel our bathroom. In and Out was the best! They were very professional, on time, and very friendly. The job turned out great and was done in the timeline they gave me.
The ladies in the office were great, always returned my calls and/or emails.
I would defiantly recommend them to be hired.

Hired to do a sewer later and the job was not done correctly. In fact, they caused damage on the property. POOR workmanship. Another company was hired and did the job properly.

Thanks to the massive rainfall this week, our garage was absolutely flooded and our water heater was submerged by four feet of water and totally ruined. In and Out plumbing got out here in about an hour and pumped out all of the water quickly and then gave us some options with our water heater. Instead of trying to sell us a new one right away, he offered to let it dry out and see if would still work in a few days. With a couple kids we couldn't risk not having hot water, so I asked when they could just install a new one and he said they could be there by 8am the next morning. Ali, the plumber was right on time and in about an hour we had a new water heater. The plumber was efficient and professional. Also, they are local company which is good. It's also good because now we have a new plumber service.

This company cares about its customers, from beginning to end. Customer service was top shelf, beginning with the moment they answered my call. Plumber was very speedy and honest with his quote...very happy with the job. Would recommend. :)

I needed to have my sewer lateral replaced, but the replacement was complicated by the fact that the lateral ran underneath my entry stairs - brick and terrazzo that would be really expensive to repair or replace. One plumber wouldn't even bid on the job, and a second would only replace from the front of the staircase to the edge of the sidewalk.

My mom had used In-and-out on a couple of small jobs, so I decided to give them a try. Anthony came out, did a video inspection of the sewer, and said, ""we can do it.""
Full disclosure - I am a civil engineer and a contractor, and I was with the crew pretty much the whole time they worked on the sewer line. Once we got the ground opened up we talked about how to proceed, and had some back-and-forth about the best way to get it done. Ultimately, In-and-Out's foreman Horatio ultimately came up with the idea of slipping the new 4"" cast iron pipe into the old 5"" clay pipe to eliminate having to tunnel under the stairs. He and his crew did some amazing work in a really tight space to make the final connection between the new line and the connection at the front of the house. Got all the plumbing work done in a single, long day, including backfilling. Great job.

Don't call these people if you have an emergency!!! It was a Sunday night and I came home to a leaking pipe with water rolling across my garage floor. I am an older woman and did not know how to shut off the water. Girl on phone told me someone would call within 5 minutes. Standing there watching water flowing down my wall was hard but I waited. Finally, a friend happened to call and led me through how to turn the water off.

A woman called the next day to apologize and said their ""system was down"" and, hence, no call back. I was still angry but thanked her for calling. However, I did say that I would let others know my experience. She then lost her professionalism and became snippy and said she saw ""no reason for her call now."" That really did it for me and I hung up. Had she stayed apologetic, she may have turned me around in my thinking but her attitude spoke volumes for the type of company I was dealing with.

This was a long drawn affair but in the end, the problems were resolved. We had two things fixed in our bathroom, for one problem we needed to order parts. Receptionist helped me find out the proper parts and where to order them from. Once they arrived I was able to schedule the repair. Sergio was delayed but again, the office called to let me know so that was great. He fixed everything correctly and was very professional. Thanks you guys for a job well done!

Terrible experience. Constantly hours late for appointments, messed up parts ordering, no communication with me or each other. Original quote of 1-2 week job of ripping out old bathtub and installing a handicap shower for elderly mother-in-law, turned into a month and 1/2 of torture and frustration and $2500 over budget because of their incompetence. Most of the time, when they bothered to show up, they left one person to do scut work of demolition, etc. and then wait HOURS for the actual plumbing tech to show up and do half the job because they didn't have the right parts. Would never use this company again, and was SO happy to see the back of them.
