Bryan is an artist!! Best team! Amazing work! Worked with all my ideas and was very patient with every little detail. We did a gut renovation in the city and the apartment is transformed. I am so happy I picked him for this project! My apartment is gorgeous and everything handpicked by me and Bryan. His staff is also very friendly and patient. I can't recommend them enough for any job in the house. If you want out of the box, creative, craftsmanship, hire In and out!

When my wife and I were trying to decide on a contractor to remodel our bathroom we interviewed and priced out several companies. In the end, we decided to go with Brian from In & Out Construction. That turned out to be a great choice, as the bathroom came out great and the price was fair. Admittingly, we are not the easiest customers to please, as this is our first home and we were looking for a high-end aesthetic (without breaking the bank). Brian and his crew are true professionals. Everything they promised, they delivered on...and then some. I was most impressed by Brian's attention to detail and diverse skill set (besides being a master electrician, there is nothing this man can't do!). My one slight criticism is that at times they were less than punctual. That said, the bathroom was completed ahead of schedule and the finished product was nothing short of spectacular, so I can forgive that. In today's environment it is difficult to find high-quality tradesmen who take pride in their work, but at the same time deliver value to people on a tight budget. Actually, we had such a positive experience with the bathroom (I will post some pics), we even called them back to install recessed lights in our living room. I know nothing about lights, but Brian gave us an education and helped select the right LEDs for our application (not an easy task considering all the variables...trim style, CRI, color temp, etc.). Overall, we're 100% satisfied with both projects and can't recommend them enough.

I first worked with In & Out when our electricity went out on the hottest weeekend of the year. Bryan and his colleague came in the middle of the night and fixed it for a fair price. Since then, Bryan has also fixed our insanely inconsistent shower, which I didn't think was possible! Bryan is a nice guy, fair and prompt. Highly recommend!
