the work was fine - but be sure to clarify the bid as replacement or repair. we had a $300, 10 minute repair that was bid as replacement. when we questioned we were told we accepted the bid. will not recommend or ever use again.

I was initially happy with the prompt service but after a second visit with two plumbers, I feel like I was ripped off. $290.00 for a 40 minute install is really hard on a working man's pay.

Bernie and Rick at In-Law Plumbing did an excellent job for us! The bid for our downstairs bathroom was reasonable. Timeliness on receiving it was excellent... service and installation was excellent... communication was excellent. They went above and beyond our expectations in every way possible. I cannot say enough great things about them abs how the do business and the services they provide. We will use no other pluming company cut them from now on!

Terrible!! I called and made an appointment Thursday afternoon, and was told that they would be out Friday between 2-4. I waited around all afternoon, and no one showed up or even called! This is very frustrating, when I had plans to do things. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

Not happy with service. Just another company that takes advantage of women. I call and explain problem that my kitchen sink needed to be snaked. I had already done most of the work to clear the pee trap.
Line was clogged with grease and gunk. They said they would take care of it. Went to work and then got a call from wife saying they filled the sink with water and pushed what little clog was left down and left. Charged $87 dollars for work I already did. Called to say I was unhappy. They didn't care at all. Don't use these guys.

We've had In-Law install a high efficiency water heater and install a gargabe disposal. Each time they were one-time, professional, and efficient. I also find the cost to be competitive with other plumbers.

I put an ad out on NextDoor to get a recommendation for a plumber, since the only interaction I'd had with a plumber before was a costly one. I got 3 different people on NextDoor telling me to call In Law Plumbing, so I did. I talked with Bernie and he was quite helpful, and I made an appointment. Today Mike came and installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Mike was friendly, very responsive and super helpful...and FAST!! And they were under budget, so I was doubly-pleased! I will definitely call them for my future plumbing needs and pass their name along to anyone looking for a plumber!

We received excellent same day service. They had to run a snake from the kitchen drain to the main line. Took them about 30 or40 minutes to complete the job. Very fast, friendly, and professional. We felt they were very reasonably priced and will definitely call them again the next time we need someone. My cousin referred me to them, and I agree it was worth it.

Thanks to Mike for the great job he did repairing a cold water valve and fixing a leaky faucet. He was quick and efficient and I appreciate that he wore a mask while he was here. I'll definitely use In Law plumbing again, very reasonably priced as well.
