I placed a ""project"" on Yelp for an emergency flooding in my home and Jeff was the first to respond! He initially scheduled one of his technicians for the afternoon but after giving him additional information about the situation, he agreed to send his technician that morning. First and foremost, Jeff was very responsive on Yelp and via text. He gave me a timeframe on when to expect the technician and right at the hour he texted to let me know his technician is on the way. Darek arrived on time and was very calm - he knew right away what the issue was and exactly how to fix it. He not only resolved the issue very quickly but made sure to run all the necessary tests. Once everything was done, Jeff texted again to confirm that the job had been completed. Thank you Jeff and Derek for making, what would have been a stressful morning, easy. I highly recommend InDemand Plumbing!

Wow?finally a reliable plumbing company. That has great access to the owner. Gives his own cell number to you. They say when they will be there and wait for it, call you as they are on their way. We had a plumber named Darek. What a joy?polite, professional, on time, knowledgeable and just plan nice. If you go on Yelp here you will see my post about Hurst Plumbing and TODD.
