Jeff gave us a courtesy call when leaving his shop.
His arrival was prompt. He did not sit in his van, chatting on his cell for 10 minutes.
His demeanor was gracious, smiling, and polite.And he was well dressed.
He patiently listened and then went promptly to work. He did not take up his work time with idle chit-chat during his job. He did not look around our home, but stayed focused on the work to be done. He finished the job in half the time we expected!
Jeff is industrious, responsible and self-reliant.
My wife and I can honestly tell people, at every opportunity, about finally finding a Service Person that we could recommend to family and friends.

I messaged Jeff about a faulty water heater, he got back to me promptly as was able to come out quickly. He was super friendly, took care of my water heater issue with no problems. He immediately knew what the problem was and knew how to fix it. My favorite thing about Jeff's service was his honesty. The actual work was half of what he quoted, because the problem with my water heater wasn't what I thought it was. I'm sure there are other companies that would take advantage of that fact and charged more, but not Jeff. This is a man with character and integrity, and I am absolutley gonna be turning to him for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a drainage issue in a house I own and rent out to my daughter in Pittsburg. I messaged through Yelp and Jeff got back to me either that same day or the next morning (Sat). I explained the situation, he asked a couple of questions and set us up for a mid-day visit for Monday. Wasn't quite expecting this so fast but I'll take it! He comes by approx 1:00 (he was running about 20 min late and was courteous enough to text me as such). My daughter shows him the tub which would take two days to drain and Jeff showed her that it had to do with the drain switch. He corrected the problem in a minute and was on his way. Didn't even charge us! He's got my future business!

Jeff was very professional, prompt and courteous. We had no water pressure or volume in our master bath shower. I had checked out a number of possible problems with no luck. When Jeff arrived, we went over the issues. He checked out more possible issues that could cause the problem. We finally settled on the shower valve. He did a very neat job replacing the valve which had hard water deposits plugging the ports in the valve. Everything back to normal...happy customer and a fair price for his work.
