.I only get mad at certain things sir pay is one of them the smart thing is pay me . period I'm stupid when it comes to payment and I may act funny so best u pay me what's owed

I have a 68 year old female friend that moved here from California. She had a truck that she sold to Joshua for 6,000 . 3,000 cash and 3,000 to replace her pipes under trailer that was many months ago. She has almost begged him to please finish before winter. He did do one bathroom months ago. He is always saying in the next week or two in the next week or two and it's been months and months and months and winners coming and he still won't do nothing now she's going to be forced to go do something she don't want to do like pick it in front of his business/she desperately needs it done I don't know why he's not doing it. I've heard from many plumbers at 800 to 1,000 with more than get the material so he's getting $2,000 labor for a damn trailer and won't do it and won't give her any reason why just in 2 weeks 2 weeks
