Tim came to repair some plumbing that the plumber sent by our cabinet-maker and countertop maker had messed up. He did a beautiful job of repairing several mistakes. We called him back to repair the sub-flooring around the toilet that was discovered while putting in tile. He repaired it better-than-new and everything is perfect. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. We highly recommend him.

Tim was fantastic. Shopped a bunch of quotes in the area when we had a leak around the wax seal of our toilet and Tim was quick to respond and actually provided a quote for the project after taking more details on the issue. Was able to fit us in the same day, quickly diagnosed our issue, and did a detailed repair to fix it. The next day we noticed there was still a leak but oat our connector (completely unrelated to the first issue, we just have an older toilet that never really got worked on prior), and on a whim I contacted Tim to see if he could come by to check it out. He fit us in again, replaced the fill valve and connector, and charged us only for the gas and parts. Super fair. Toilet has been running like brand new ever since. Highly recommend his services and we appreciate his expertise and dedication!

In and Out Plumbing are awesome! Low prices, licensed and bonded plumbers that do a great job and don't leave a job until ur satisfied! We have a small house with remodeled bathrooms (copper pipes in the walls) and a short galvanized run about 60-80'. We had low water pressure and needed a tankless water heater cleaning/service and a proper filter hooked up to it. We got bids from $3,500 to as much as $19,000 for a ""Total Home Repipe and Water Heating Reconstruction and Service Plan."" Ugh! I called Tim, the owner, after I got a referral from a very good friend (thank you Tamsen, we owe you dinner!) and he was out of town. Instead of brushing me off or sending me to an answering service, he explained he was OOT and would call me the next week when he got back. Tim called as promised and scheduled a time to give me a free estimate. He explored the house, looked underneath & saw all of our remodels, he saw that the tankless we have is huge and a great model and gave me an estimate of $3k. He told me that my tankless was a great model and should just be able to be cleaned. Since he asked questions and wasn't trying to sell me on product I didn't need, he said there's not a good reason why u would need a new one. He also gave me a low price on an alternate estimate jic we did need to replace it, and he gave me a price for a pressure regulator addition too because I asked him for one. His entire estimate, for EVERYTHING including things we didn't need (like installing a whole new tankless), was equal to the next professional bid for just the basic repipe and service.
He sent over the estimate for the job and we made an appointment to do the work. I'm no plumber but this house was built in 1913so I understand why on the first day he had to find some crazy non-standard part to get the job done but he said the job would last two days, three tops. Some of his day was eaten up traveling thru time to find what he needed but he didn't charge me a dime for the extra Orwellian connector and left us on day one with all water & hot water working. They started early on day two and tho there were obstacles with my jurassic house, they finished, as promised in two days. Neat, clean, and no up-charges.
OK so so after the job was done, galvanized gone, tankless serviced & cleaned, filter installed, special provisions made for cutting kitchen wall splash and getting in to the river rock raised foundation (at no extra charge), Tim and his apprentice (I wanna say Gabe. Good worker, great helper/apprentice, polite too for a young man... I hope it's Gabe, if not, I owe him an ice tea!) went around the house and made sure we had the water pressure we needed. They unscrewed each faucet to check for build up and even installed the shower heads that we had bought before but couldn't use!
We were happy and wrote out a payment. The guys cleaned the house well and did a walk thru for tools and trash. As they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave, my wife checks the washing machine (that wasn't working well b4 but I forgot) and sees that she doesn't have hot water. NOT IN THE CONTRACT, Not in the bid, they were done and paid, but Tim came back in, checked the washing machine line and cleaned it up. Turned the machine on, boom hot water!
My wife's happy, I got a low price, and we have a plumber for life! I know he works all over the LA, OC, and Inland areas. I'm going to refer Tim, Gabe and In and Out Plumbing to everyone I know that needs a plumber!

Tim is amazing he is honest fair and a tidy plumber. He did amazing work at our home and condo He was fair and let us know options, must have and safety issues. We were never pressured to do anything and his work is guaranteed for one year.
