Rotherie did an excellent job at replacing my Emergency Valve and installing my new bidet. It was all done based on same day request. He had a very positive energy and explained everything in detail. He can also take in person payments by card, cash or check. I would definitely hire him for future work.

Excellent service by Alex. He has things under control and gets the job done. What the back-office charges for his work is outrageous though. So if cost is at all a consideration, look someplace else. If you don't care how much you pay, Alex will get it done well.

If you're looking for a sign to hire this company this is it. They're open 24 7 which is exactly what I was looking for when I had no hot water and the toilets wouldn't flush. We have 3 bathrooms and we're a big family so we needed someone asap. They came out and gave a reasonable price but even greater quality of service and work. Just the fact that they're open 247 and they have a live person answering the phone in the middle of the night makes me want to give them 10/10.

Best company I have ever worked with. The whole team is top-notch, and they live up to their name. I had a lot of damage when the cartridge inside my shower went bad, and I couldn't turn it off. It went on for hours until I found In A Snap. Everyone else I called couldn't make it out for another 3/4 hours, but this company responded, came out, and fixed everything literally in a snap. They turned a bad experience into an incredible one, and I will definitely use them again in the future.
