Pamela Y.Original appointment much later than anticipated & then had to return next morning to do work (much later than agreed on time). Repaired & replaced pipes under sink. Lasted just a bit over 4 months. Had to get in another company to fix issue (pipes replaced totally separated from sink drains & flooded under sink & house) after trying to contact In-A-Flash without success. I sent copies of both invoices to In-A-Flash requesting a refund of the money spent for second repair but have heard nothing from them. Original repair was done incorrectly (installed plastic washers upside down on brass continuous waste) & is stated as such on second bill. No weekend or night hours (according to answering system message) in a field where emergencies tend to be the norm. Obviously they don't back up their work or else I would have heard from them regarding this repair. NO recommendation from me.
