Thanks to recent weather, we had a 1.5" burst in our pipes. The water damage was extensive and a story for another post. I was recommended to call Toby at Imperial Plumbing. We had gone 5 days without water and were on several wait lists with best date of 2 weeks out. Imperial committed to come out within about 24 hours and shown up within 5. We spoke pricing twice before they arrived and again before any work was done. Everything was consistent, upfront, and with integrity.

Our plumber, Gary, was there when he said he'd be, very courteous, cleaned up afterwards, and very helpful with explaining what happened and needed to be done.

We have a shower that also needs attention, but we are waiting until things get caught up and people like us are closer to right, but when we do call a plumber in a few weeks, it'll be Imperial!

So happy to be able to shower, wash clothes, cook, and flush a toilet again (hard to manage toilets with 7 people). Thank you so much Imperial!!

We moved to Little Elm years ago when it was still "little" and purchased ranch style home built in the 80s as a renovation project.
