I was very pleased with the service we received yesterday, which included replacing fill valves in both toilets & clearing one chronically clogged sink. The price was reasonable, and included a volume discount for the multiple services we needed. Best of all were the several bits of education they gave us in regard to various water & sewer valves in and around the house...sometimes the free stuff is best! Thanks again, Toby!

Highly recommend Toby & Imperial Plumbing. He replaced two water heaters for me and also worked on a drain stoppage. His work was excellent. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would, at a reasonable price. He was both friendly & helpful, taking the time to explain things and answer questions. The city inspector even declared today that he had done a "beautiful job" on the install of our water heaters!

I called Toby about my water heater issues, but ended up doing the work on my own. Toby immediately said that if I have any questions during the process, to call him and we could walk through it. I ended up having to call him twice, he took his time to troubleshoot the issues and walk me thru the steps. He even shared text messages and photos through the day. The only reason I didn't give five stars, is because he hasn't actually done work for me yet, but I can honestly say, he cares about customer service/satisfaction. I have found my plumber whenever future situations call for one.

He answered all of my questions (I had a lot because I'm a new homebuyer) and walked me through some tips. I would absolutely hire Imperial Plumbing in the future if the need arrises.

Great experience with Imperial Plumbing. Toby was our plumber and he was prompt and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the issue and what our options were, showing me along the way exactly what he was talking about and what the pricing would be for the different options. I forget the name of the gal I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment, but she was most helpful. She was very friendly and also thoroughly explained the process (they'd been out once prior to our scheduling the work as they were initially dispatched by our home Warranty company who ultimately did not cover the issue and so we secured Imperial Plumbings services on our own accord). Seems like they have a great team all around and I'd highly recommend!
