I found Andrew and his business Imperial Plumbing using a handyman search. Multiple people contacted me within moments of entering the details of my small job (slow leak from the toilet). Andrew was the 2nd to call but because his message was not automated I called him back first. I checked him out and found 1 review (5 star)and his business profile but I did not find his business license so that was a crapshoot. When he arrived he did inform me he IS INSURED! I could tell on the phone he was young but once he heard my issue I could also tell he wasn't BS'n me. He told me it would be 150 and an extra 100 IF the problem was worse than we/he thinks. He also informed me he could take a credit card. I told him it shouldn't be and - it was not. We agreed on a time the next morning and he showed up on time with his gear. I recognize he's a small business so he didn't arrive in a commercial truck- like from a fleet. Andrew had his gear and went right to work. He showed me why the leak occurred which was pretty simple (sort of) protective ring inside over time evaporated. He was professional, personable and I will use his services again and recommend. For an additional nominal fee, he looked at a 2nd bathroom that was running too long after each flush and fixed that. One thing I know is you get what you pay for. I spent 200 bucks and gave him a tip and he told me if the leak came back within 2 weeks (which we both doubt) he comes back and fix it for free. Once we spoke I learned he is trying to get this business going and his next big purchase will be a truck. Good to see young people doing good things. Glad I went with Imperial and Andrew - I will 100% use him again if needed and will recommend him. If he had a commercial business license I would use him for my businesses, unfortunately, he is for residential. Overall we are VERY pleased with Andrew and his service. Highly reccommend.

andrew contacted me immediately, came ay agreed time, and did a great job repairing my burst pipe & replacing faucet. before leaving everything was cleaned & put back in place.

Saturday afternoon. I tried to do an easy replace of a toilet tank flapper. Two hours later, ended up with non-working toilet. Frantically called 8 plumbers. Fortunately, I checked Yelp and found Andrew, who was here within the hour (on a SATURDAY), did NOT charge a premium. Work was professional and excellent ... replaced all the guts in my tank. After seeing his work, I had him redo my kitchen sink plumbing which had been given a hack job last year by a handyman. I give this man my highest recommendation. (ever tried to find a plumber on a Saturday and not get ripped off?)
