I am one of the many neighbors of Giles Overlook in Fairfax County, VA., which Hector installed a sprinkler system to. It felt that since I was the only single female homeowner in the neighborhood that he would just treat me any kind of way vs my male counterpart neighbors. He left me waiting on numerous occasions without calling or showing up. His crew destroy my yard after installing the sprinklers and didn't even offer seeds or anything to fix it vs my next door neighbors which he went above and beyond to beautify their yards after the installations. The last thing he did was he stood me up on a repair that needed to get done because my neighbor's sprinkler system underground was leaking over to my yard and causing terrible flooding, which I brought to their attention from the beginning of the installation. I was ignored for over a year. Sending numerous texts. We finally scheduled a repair date in March 2022, which he knew it had to happen before the Army moved me in April 2022 to my next duty assignment and he never showed up or had the decency to call or text and now he comes back stating that the neighbor doesn't want to do it. It's like the money I spend was not good enough for him to exercise courtesy or professionalism. The classic macho sexist behavior. Which we hard working women should not have to endure in 2022. I had no choice but to sell my house due to my military move and I pray that he treats the new owner with more respect and professionalism than he treated me.

Used online booking system to setup a winterization and received confirmation email. Day of the appointment, was contact a few minutes after it was supposed to occur and was told that there was a scheduling error and the winterization would not be possible until over a week later. I respond to the email that the proposed time and date was acceptable and waited. Then day of the appointment arrived and this time a no show and no email.

One of the pipes to our sprinkler system broke into pieces over the winter. I contacted II&L and Hector came out to repair the pipe. He did not do a rush job but took his time to communicate his repair process and recommendations. He was honest and straight forward and I will definitely utilize his company for any future repairs/replacement to my sprinkler system.
