Building 2 cash homes with imperial Homes. The first one is now 2 years 5 months and still has an open punch list. The second one is now 1 year 8 months and is at a standstill. Was told today that Imperial Homes let all their employees go and the customer has to pay the vendors directly as they are out of money. What a mess and wish I knew this before signing the contracts.

Update. Well here it is August 7, 2019. Still not in our home. An appointment is being made to finish the roof. While waiting for the roof completed, they did not work on my house. I will be updating the progress on the house. I signed the contract March 2017 Imperial Homes broke ground September 2017.
