Did what they said they were going to do. Showed up on time. Stayed until my issue was completely resolved. We were in a bind after the ice storm burst our pipes. They found multiple leaks and fixed them all. Thanks!

First time, EVER, that I had a good time having to spend money to have a plumbing issue resolved. From the moment Emily answered the phone until Chris Marcum and his assistant replaced my hot water heater, I was treated like a friend. I had to reschedule the first appt, but no problem. They rolled with it. Then, when they got to investigate the problem, and I told them that I tried to fix it myself, they told me that it was a good effort on my part, but that I had replaced the wrong part. My htr was too old to get the original part, but they found one that would work, but the htr was so old that it had more issues. So, they ended up having to replace the entire thing. Once they had it out, they found even more problems with the old htr. But, bless them, they didn't charge me for the part they replaced that couldn't resuscitate the old unit. Nothing but friendly folks and for the first time in my life, I didn't feel as if I had had one pulled over on me because I was a woman. I will DEFINITELY call them again, NO hesitation, the next time I need plumbing work done. Gives me faith in good old American friendliness and honesty. Great Job, guys!

I had issues with a bathroom sink faucet. Jermy came out and repaired it.
The entire staff that I dealt with was great !
They were prompt and efficient. I put their information in my phone as my go to plumbers.

Following Hurricane Harvey were have had difficulty obtaining a plumber. Called this form and they did a clean out. Put in s bid to replace a line which has proven to be twice the competitors bids. Failed to show to do the work and our phone recorded no calls from them. We don't think the service is good.

We are new to town, and we needed a considerable amount of plumbing done. We called Mr Rooter and got an outrageous quote, then we called Impact plumbing- that was the right decision.
The gentleman that came gave us a much more reasonable quote, and actually fixed all of our plumbing problems.
I'm now a happy gal with a working bath tub, and a working brand new sink garbage disposal.
I would most certainly use them again, and recommend them to the community!
