Gerson at Impact Plumbing and his assistant did a great job replacing the water pressure valve and water heater in the garage. Both items were 13 years old. Gerson was great ensuring the new water heater was installed properly and with a leak pan that the original builder didn't even include which now gives me peace of mind knowing if something were to happen with the water heater water will be directed properly to the garage floor and not into the walls of the garage. I appreciate their thorough work and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Quick response to my request. I had 2 issues: clogged bathroom sinks and a commode issue. Came when they said they would and on the only day I was available. Did not have parts; came back an hour later with the parts. The job done same day. Quick and easy; job done within 2 hours. And I asked for a discount (spending money on a new toilet). Matthew was great and cleaned up after himself and gave me a senior discount. I appreciate that alot!! I have no issues. I hope I have no more plumbing issues. But if I do, I will call Impact Plumbing again. Thanks!!

Quick service for my garbage disposal! The plumber David came on time, was super knowledgeable. Also seemed pretty trustworthy and didn't try to sell me on anything that didn't need to be done. Would definitely recommend and will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I contacted Impact Plumbing to see if they would service our 5-6 year old water softener that was holding a lot of water in the reservoir tank. I sent my request through Yelp and within 10 minutes received a response. They even were able to scheduled my appointment for the same day.

The technician Gerson texted me when he was on his way. The water level had gone down some so he said to keep regenerating and see if what happens over the next few days.

Fortunately while he was here we were able to have him flush our hot water heater!

He did a great job and was very personable and courteous. Will definitely use this company if we need to replace our water softener.
