We called Impact Plumbing on Sunday morning due to a leak, and they sent someone quickly. The plumbers who fixed our toilet valve leak were Sammy & Austin. Unfortunately, the 2nd-floor water leaked onto the 1st-floor ceiling; however, they fixed the leak and thoroughly inspected our ceiling. They fixed the leaking 2nd-floor toilet, plus fixed/replaced the other two toilet valves in our home in just two hours. They are the most responsive, professional, and reasonably priced plumbers we have ever used. Plus they gave us a good recommendation to repair our damaged dry wall.
Glad they are located in the Summerlin Las Vegas area. We highly recommend Impact Plumbing!

I found a burst pipe in my garage as I was going to work at 6 am. Impact was the only company that answered with a real life person and was true to its 24/7 advertisement. It's almost noon and still no answer from the 5 other companies that I left a message with. Impact has already sent the best service person (Mr. Gearson) to my home and fixed the issue. Friendly service and super patient explaining the issue to me. Will always call them first!!!!

Had them replace a kitchen faucet/RO dispenser. Not an overly complex job but a pain to do without the right tools. They were very responsive and great to work with. Certainly not the cheapest around but I'd say it was worth it. Very professional.
