I called Nick the night before way past his working hours and he answered the phone. Most companies wouldn't even answer their phones at the hour I called. Nick was patient with me even how late I called and still assisted by trying to figure out my problems over the phone. Nick was very responsive and attentive to what I explained to him and HE SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY!! TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!

But what's even more fascinating is that the condo I needed help with, was a rental property and he even had great communication with me and my tenant and I wasn't even there!! His communication with me was absolutely wonderful being a property owner and unable to be present at the location while he was working on it. Nick came with Jimmy and they both worked on my plumbing issues all day and continued to update me with any other issues located.

Nick and Jimmy were super helpful, responsive, communicative, and especially trustworthy people. I couldn't have been any happier with their service that they provided and expertise. They came quick and handled the issues, giving my tenant - who has two small juveniles - hot water again. I couldn't have asked for a better company to contact so last minute and so communicative. I definitely recommend their service.

I recently had a slab leak that needed to be fixed asap as I have 2 toddlers. After searching around and getting several quotes from other companies, I came across Impact Plumbing Inc and their quote was very fair. They explained in full detail what needed to be done. Nick and Jimmy are the best! Nick is honest, kind, and knows his work! I had a gas leak and the gas company red tagged the home. I was scared and didn't know where to begin so looked up companies with big names for help .I received two quotes from two companies, both horrendously marked up and recommended unnecessary work, like repiping the whole house. Nick not only saved me lots of money (I saved $16,000 of unnecessary work), he fixed the leaks without damage to my home, unlike the first company who cut my pipes and made holes in my walls just to find the source of the leak, and got my house up and running within hours. I truly appreciate the great work Nick and Jimmy did. 110% recommending this company, and will definitely use them again!

One of my many nightmares as a homeowner was coming home after work, late on a Friday night to find my water heater had broken and my garage was practically flooded as water ran down the side of the water heater at full throttle. The valve used to turn off the water was an old round handle that was calsified with no intention of moving. I looked on Yelp and called the 1st company with a 5 * review. Nick was very patient and helped me figure out a temporary fix until he could come out to my home to replace my water heater.

He and Jimmy were quick, reassuring, and very professional. They showed up the next morning, got right to work, and even made some adjustments to update my water heater & secured it properly. I'm very grateful that I called Nick and that he not only reassured me, he calmed me down and gave me peace of mind. Not to mention, his prices are very reasonable!
