I chose Nicholas because of the reviews. I am glad we decided to go with him. We have found a plumber for life! He was honest kind professional and stayed untill the job was done. He was able to repair our major leak in one day and are incredibly thankful he was able to accomodate us into his schedule.

I call Nick reporting that I had a leak coming from my master bathroom and wetting the carpet in the master bedroom. Nick repoerted in a timely and professional manner. He attempted to find the source of the leak by listening to the pipes but could not hear a pressurized leak. Yeah, not a leak under the slab. He stated that the leak may be coming from the toilet which was running. I agreed to have both toilets repaired. Both needed work. Nick repaired both toilets and I was pleased with the price and work. Unfortunately, this is the point where the service went south. The leak persisted in spite of the repairs. I contacted Nick to arrange to have him return to find the leak. I reached him the next day but he stated that he would not be able to return until that tuesday (3 days later). I stated that I would try to get someone else come sooner but I would call him back if I could not. There was no hostility involved with the encounter. He was busy and I wanted the repair completed. I texted Nick on Sunday asking for a conformation for an appointment on Teusday. Nick did not return my calls or my text. That was unprofessional. I called Rotorooter plumbing. They found the leak in 45 minutes. Bad form Nick.

I own a couple of properties and had a fair share of dealing with incompetent contractors over the years. Through that experience, I know a good contractor, when I meet one.

This is the first time I use Nick's services. We needed a new gas pipe line, spanning across three neighbor's backyards in our condo complex. Nick took care of logistics, contacting the neighbors, making sure his team had access to all the units. Nick is very responsive, though phone and text and email, on workdays and weekends. He is punctual (a rarity among contractors). His pricing is very reasonable. The work is of high quality and done on time. If there could be a surprise, he would give you a warning BEFORE you give a go-ahead on the job (also a rare quality).

All neighbors are happy. The renter is happy. I am satisfied with his work and, with no second thoughts, will call upon his service again.

This is a GREAT GREAT GREAT company. The owner you can't go wrong with. He is by far, and I'm not just saying that, an amazing man and will do anything necessary to fix an issue with no extra cost. I had no idea when I moved back into my property that I would a complete gutting and replacing of my bathrooms (yes plural). I cold called him based on Yelp recommendations. He has fixed my plumbing, changed my garbage disposal, fix my sinks, added two new toilets and changed my water heater adding things with no extra costs. He even recommended other services that I have needed and has been right on! He was an great find. With IMPACT you can't go wrong!!!

My shower was leaking from the shower head a lot. Another plumber who I found on yelp did a completely half a** job. Nick and his apprentice showed up fixed all the mistakes of the other plumber and made the leak stop and for a reasonable price and in a decent amount of time.
