I recently had a slab leak that needed to be fixed asap as I have 2 toddlers. After searching around and getting several quotes from other companies, I came across Impact Plumbing Inc and their quote was very fair. They explained in full detail what needed to be done. Nick and Jimmy came out the next day and fixed the leak with 2 holes and minimal damage, as well as getting it finished within the same day. They were quick, clean, and very professional. Nick and Jimmy are the best! Nick is honest, kind, and knows his work! I had a gas leak and the gas company red tagged the home. I was scared and didn't know where to begin so looked up companies with big names for help .I received two quotes from two companies, both horrendously marked up and recommended unnecessary work, like repiping the whole house. Nick not only saved me lots of money (I saved $16,000 of unnecessary work), he fixed the leaks without damage to my home, unlike the first company who cut my pipes and made holes in my walls just to find the source of the leak, and got my house up and running within hours. I truly appreciate the great work Nick and Jimmy did. 110% recommending this company, and will definitely use them again!

One of my many nightmares as a homeowner was coming home after work, late on a Friday night to find my water heater had broken and my garage was practically flooded as water ran down the side of the water heater at full throttle. The valve used to turn off the water was an old round handle that was calsified with no intention of moving. I looked on Yelp and called the 1st company with a 5 * review. Nick was very patient and helped me figure out a temporary fix until he could come out to my home to replace my water heater.

He and Jimmy were quick, reassuring, and very professional. They showed up the next morning, got right to work, and even made some adjustments to update my water heater & secured it properly. I'm very grateful that I called Nick and that he not only reassured me, he calmed me down and gave me peace of mind. Not to mention, his prices are very reasonable!

I was told there may be a gas leak on the side of my house. I was terrified that my house would be red tagged. I called Nick, and he was able to fit me in the same day, even though I was outside of his service area. He came out, found the leak, and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this company. Let me start off by saying that I do not know Nick I any way personal whatsoever, o met him for the first time last week when he came to our home because we had a plumbing leak in our foundation slab. My mother found Nicks company, Impact Plumbing on Yelp and he had some great reviews and was also very close by. He came the same day to check our house and used his leak detection equipment to confirm that we indeed had a leak in our hot water pipes under the slab. He gave us a quote and estimate to fix it and it was very reasonable for sure. My mother wanted to get a couple more estimates and the other guys that came pretty much did absolutely nothing to co firm that we had a leak or find where it was, they just told us that we needed to re-pipe the entire house right off the bat and gave us an estimate of nearly $8000. We decided to go ahead and use Impact Plumbing and Nick came and gave us several options for doing the job that would be more economical for us as well as less invasive on our home. He knew that my mother is retired and didn't have much money so he was honest in giving us several other options other that just re-piping the entire plumbing system. We greatly appreciated his honesty with us and his willingness to do everything he could to make the job more economical for us and save us as much money as possible. Nick and his helper Jimmy did a great job and were both very friendly and personable and I felt comfortable having them in our home. Nick is an older guy and has been doing this for many years and seems to know every trick in the book to get the job done and to help save costs all around. I would definitely recommend Nick and Jimmy at Impact Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing problems and wants a straight forward honest company to come do the job. I know this review is a little bit too long g, but I was just so impressed with this company and these guys and their work ethic, but best of all, my mother was happy and very satisfied with the work and the final price that Nick charged! He gave us a great deal and did a fantastic job. Thanks again Nick, we are very appreciative, you guys were great!!!
