Jason was great he came out and gave an estimate and was honest about the handle cartridge only the tun diverter needed replacement. He got the part and came back the next day. Did a great job and explained everything and showed me the issue. He then offered to look at anything else while he was there and tighten up anything. Overall great experience setting the appointments and they showed up promptly and efficient. Great plumbing company and staff!!! Thanks Jason and team

Jaylyn did an excellent job installing a new anode rod for my water heater. The price was fair and he showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I had some additional work done having a Pressure Release Valve installed on the water main line and rerouting some of old water lines that were incorrectly installed when the house was first built. I was happy with the quality of the work. I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.

I requested service for an installation of a new faucet and drain assembly for a bathroom sink. In addition, I requested a new vanity be installed with the old pedestal sink being removed. A service technician showed up the next day, gave a fair and free estimate on the spot and agreed to provide the work the next day. Mike came out to my place at 7PM after I was freaking out for being overcharged by another company. Mike came out and looked at what was being done by the other company and considered the charge--he confirmed I was being charged quite a bit more than he would have charged but also put my mind at ease. Live and learn, right? I made a poor choice going with the first company that could come out to fix my water main. Don't make the same mistake I did. I truly appreciated Mike coming out just to give me some reassurance and peace of mind. Also, if you own your home and don't have insurance for the water main between your house and the street--get it. It's $3 a month. Home Serve is one company that offers it.

I'm so impressed by the service I received from Impact Plumbing and their technician Tom Anderson!
In just over an hour after I submitted the request on Yelp, Tom was here helping to resolve the issue with my filtration system.
He was super informative about what I could do to improve the quality of my water, how the filtration system worked and where my main water valve was located. (Yeah, I couldn't find it! )

I can't express how fortunate I was to have picked Impact Plumbing to deal with a plumbing issue. Actually, it turned out not to be an issue at all.

The situation was my Mom accidentally flushed a nitrile glove down the toilet. I was obviously concerned this would lead to a blockage and untold water damage. I contacted Joe and he completely understood my concerns, and he arranged for a technician to come out and assess things.

The technician took a look and told me that given the way the drains were functioning, that the glove was likely already out to the sewer and not to worry about it. That was it. No up-sell, no fear-inducing talk of having to snake all of the drains....just an honest appraisal from a skilled professional. As Joe (the owner) said to me, ""We pride ourselves on providing quality, licensed service at competitive prices"". I can confirm this statement is true.

I'd also like to point out that my elderly US veteran parents were treated very kindly and respectfully by the technician. This went a long way to easing my parents' anxiety in a stressful situation, which I very much appreciated.

I wholeheartedly recommend Impact Plumbing as they will also be our first call for any future plumbing needs.
