I don't normally write review, but in this case I have to let people know. I have had many plumbers came to my house to fix before, but jaylyn was different. Last week, he came to fix a shower leak and replace with a new shower trimkit and valve because mine was over 20 years old. So it's time to change the whole unit. He was very professional and thoroughly explained and answered all my questions and concerns. As for the cost, he gave me a very competitive price, better than other plumbing services who wants to charge an arm and a leg including stuffs that I don't need. Therefore, I find that Jaylyn is genuine and honest. Now, that's rare to find. The next time I have plumbing problems, I know whom to go to. He has a customer for life.

Andrew was very professional and did well on the faucet work. My only comment is that he did not have a van with spare parts, so he had to leave a few times to get replacement parts.

I'm normally not the type to write reviews. However, Gerson was extremely professional and thorough. I had old, rusty shutoff valves and he did an excellent job replacing them with new quarter turn valves. Customer service was simply outstanding. I was extremely impressed and beyond satisfied. I will definitely be returning to Impact Plumbing if I incur any other plumbing needs. No wonder these guys have such high reviews!

Had requested plumbing service to be done at my home with a leaking showerhead and it took three separate visits for them to not be able to fix the issue in the end. Although we didn't have to pay anything in the end since they didn't fix the issue, it left us very frustrated and disappointed that this company wasn't able to fix our plumbing issue and now we're left with a problem unsolved and wasted a week waiting for parts and for service to be unsuccessful in the end.

I called Impact Plumbing on a Saturday. They gave me an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. The plumber was Jaylyn. He was so helpful and nice. My kitchen drain was clogged with eggshells. When he got there he informed me that I would need to have my drain hydro jetted. I told him I couldn't afford that but thanks for coming. He told me he was going to try one more thing. He got under my sink and undid my pipe and cleared all of the eggshells out. As he was getting ready to go I asked him how much I owe them. He didn't charge me anything. Impact Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

As an update to my original review, I had an issue with my drain pipe leaking once again following it being repositioned. I contacted Joe and he was able to immediately schedule me for a follow up. Gerson came out the next day to take a look and answered all of my questions. Since he didn't have the specific tool on his truck, he came back the next day to make the repair while explaining exactly what he was planning to do. He worked efficiently and was glad to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated the attention both of them showed!
