Our water heater needed replacing and it was still under warranty. Per the manufacturer it needed to be returned to Home Depot. Carlos waisted no time disconnecting it and taking it to Home Depot for a replacement. Once he returned he quickly got to work installing the new one. Carlos was thorough, professional and personable. Additionally, the service was fairly priced. We found our go-to plumber.

On four occasions I employed Impact and each one exceeded my expectations.

First...I asked him to check out the gate valve off my water main which had become incompetent over time. I asked him to replace it with a ball valve. I was impressed. He was exceptionally polite, timely and professional. The job was done right the first time.

Next, knowing how dependable he was, I asked him to rescue me from an embarrassing bathroom remodel that stalemated because the original valve in our 20-year-old home was incompatible with the new faucet set I bought. I did not do adequate homework to ensure it would all work out correctly before putting up the cement backer board, but Carlos save the day and thanks to his patience and plumbing savvy, he made me look like a hero in my wife's eyes once she saw the ultimate product.

Recently in our new home he installed a water softener and later an RO system, and to no surprise, he did it well. Although not related to his plumbing expertise, I should mention his son assisted in this latest install. The young man is a fine gentleman, respectful in every way just like his dad. Any father who raises a son like this is all right by me.

Quality and integrity. They are the bottom-line qualities I look for in a superb tradesman like Carlos. And his prices are fair.

I don't shop anymore for a plumber - I will call Impact Plumbing again without hesitation when I need one. He has earned my trust over the past few years and I feel fortunate to have found him.
