I've loved working with Imlay Plumbing over the years! They re-routed plumbing in my condo remodel, installed new plumbing into the bathrooms and kitchen, and set up drains and plumbing for a washer install. We did have one issue of some plumbing leaking after installation and they were quick to come back and correct it.

I called them back when our condo HOA needed plumbing help on several projects and they are always thorough in their work and fair in their pricing.

I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars.

They came out to do a big project for us on a building and they refused to come back to finish it. Pretty disappointing to get half the job done. Their explanation was that it wasn't worth it to them to finish it. They also refused to do a job we needed them to do.

I called this company to come look at a bathtub leak. The girl that answered took all my information and said that the individual responsible for scheduling would call me back. I never heard back. Apparently they don't need new business so don't waste your time calling them.

Short Story: Imlay plumbing was a lifesaver, they answered my calls and completed a huge project for me.

Long Story:
165 days ago, I received a phone call from a tenant saying the house is burning down.
Today, I received a certificate of completion, from the city, saying it passed final inspection.
When looking for a plumber, I asked a friend if he could help me, but he was way to busy. He said he had worked for Imlay and he recommended I give them a call. Well, let me tell you, I'm glad I did!
Kaden Imlay promptly responded to every text, email and phone call I made. He got me dialed in with Angie, who schedules out work.
Spencer was first to do work to my property. He is very professional and did great work. He helped me to get ready for building inspectors and each inspection passed, There were several extra calls he answered on top of what he was assigned to do.
Cameron spent a few days getting it ready for final inspection. Everyone who has needed a plumber the past few months know that they are hard to come by.
I only had a few plumbing requests left to pass final inspection. I called the office on Friday, April 2nd, my heart sank when the message read they are booked all next week and they won't be scheduling any more work until April 12th.
Here is where Angie comes to the rescue. She had a cancelation and booked me for April 5th. Cameron came in and spent some time turning on the water, first time since October 25th. Everything looked good. The hold up was a missing countertop for kitchen sink. It arrived broken a month ago and pushed the whole project back a few weeks. It was scheduled to arrive April 7th. It did arrive and it was installed. I had to ask Angie, again, for another favor. Cameron showed up again and got everything going. The inspector showed up at the same time and because of Angie and Cameron, it passed final inspection!!!!
But wait, there's more, April 8th, the cleaners were doing the final construction clean up, and water would not drain from toilet. When they plunged, it filled up the bathtub with water. I almost died! This project has been a beast for the past 165 days.
I made yet another call to Spencer, Cameron and Angie. All was still booked up. My hear sank again. Then, within an hour, Cameron called, he finished his schedule early and said he is on his way with a snake! I could hardly believe it. He came, snaked and was the hero again!!
I'm positive that all of them were sick of hearing from me, but each time I called, they got the job done!
Imlay Plumbing really has a quality team of professionals who delivered quality work each time I called.
I haven't received the final bill yet, but I know it will be reasonable and worth every penny.

Spencer does a great job, is friendly and very professional. He explains clearly the problem, and the options to fix the problem. Arrived on time, works quickly and efficiently. The truck is well stocked. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely call again if needed.

Imlay Plumbing is one of the most professional businesses I have interacted with in Cedar City.
I have had them provide us with plumbing services several times.

The first job I had them do involved mapping out our septic lines and working with Brandon at John's Septic as part of the pre purchase inspection of our home. Since I was out of state, this evaluation was very valuable and helped us proceed with the purchase of our home.

The second job was an emergency call. We had sewage backing up into our basement bathtub. I called Imlay around 6:30-7am and they sent someone out to help us right away and before 9am everything was taken care of and cleaned up!

Everyone I know that has had Imlay do work for them has been happy!!
