My water heater decided to give me trouble over the weekend. I sent in a yelp request and Sean got in touch with me in less than two hours! He told me what might be the trouble, and gave me lots of possible solutions. Best of all he did not try to hard sell me any expensive options. Rather he gave me information. He truly tried to help me and we had several emails back and forth before scheduling. I will always call him first in the future.

Imagine Plumbing fixed a leak caused by a cast iron tub refinished at my historic house - the drain pipe was compromised, and the fix required opening the living room ceiling. I was lucky to hire Sean and his team to fix the leaking, which required working with old pipes. The service was performed in a timely fashion and fair cost.

We had a leaky hydrant style hose bib and leaky T fitting in our front yard. Called around and, of course, no one answered their phone and only one company called back (called and left messages with 6 companies). When someone did actually call me back, they were booked through the month. BUT, they gave me Sean's name and number. I called him and he was able to help us within a day. Now the water line and Hydrant hose bib are fixed. Thank you Sean.

We had some issues with a bathtub faucet knob that just wouldn't come off as well as issues with the cartridge for the valve. Before he even came by, Sean tried to troubleshoot over the phone (at no charge) to try to minimize cost. Additionally when he did have to come over and work on our issues, he very patiently explained the work he did and how the hardware was supposed to work. I cannot recommend Imagine Plumbing highly enough. Outstanding workmanship and just a very methodical and polite person.
