Refit two bathrooms and replace faulty compression valve. I supplied the tub and shower hardware except for a very hard to find drain which Dave of IPW was able to resource.
A project I initially thought straight forward took some turns like a pipe in the wall that was so old it broke and hidden access panel that Dave found to replace a 60 year old tub drain assembly.
Dave and Craig finished the job in record time it took two visits due to parts ordering and me having bought an incompatible shower handle.

IPW is the best most down to earth, professional and honest operation it has been my pleasure and good luck to work with on at least two occasions. They do what is asked but go above and beyond to recommend alternative and cost saving solutions.

The single compression valve I knew about led Dave to inspect the valves on the sinks which were all the same 1960's vintage. He replaced them all and now we never have to worry about water running all over the floor again

I own several apartment buildings in the Elmwood Park, Illinois area. Occasionally plumbing issues arise. I used various plumbing contractors, mostly without satisfaction for various reasons (punctuality, price, completeness of the work, etc.). A friend suggested that I give Illinois Plumbing Works a try. What a revelation. Dave is a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and in person. His work is top notch and his prices are reasonable. No job seams too small for him and he does all of the work to my complete satisfaction, explaining why I have the problem and how it will be corrected. Being this good, sometimes, I have to wait several days for a non-emergency job to be done, but real emergency work is done ASAP. I gave him 5 Stars, but he really deserves more. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
