I have used Ikka for about 2 years now . He has always showed up on time and have completed the agreed upon work for the agreed price . And his prices are definatly reasonable . As a contractor I like using sub-contractors who personally hold the licsence ,bid and do the work . This is how Ikka works . He is familliar with the San Francisco building codes witch is hard for me to understand let alone someone not in the construction industry .
