Called them out and they deemed it a toilet issue. Therefore they replaced the toilet, they had to come out 2 additional visits as the valve they replaced leaked, the toilet wouldn't flush. Trying to charge me for the third visit for ""plunging"" and supposedly replacing a part in the toilets that the install was just at 3 month. There was no plunging and the part was a adjustment. I heard excuses such as the original employee had health issues and wasn't up to par etc. Regardless still charging!!! Will not allow a fourth visit ... for a toilet install!!!! If I could give negative stars I certainly would!!!!!

I've had these ""professionals"" out to fix the simple issue 3 different times. I needed a simple unclogging from my clean out to about 20 foot out where a tree root was growing through the pipe. Long story short the first guy showed up twice and didn't know what he was doing. I later found out he was new and shouldn't have been on his own. Whatever, no big deal as long as they fix it. Took about a week from the time I called till they fixed it. Sure enough a couple weeks later the pipe is clogged and I asked if they could do anything for me. The owner spoke to me explaining I'll have to pay the $185 again and they will send their most experienced tech. That was supposed to happen Thursday and today is Tuesday, haven't heard anything from them nor do I expect to. I rented an auger from sunbelt and fixed it myself for less than $60

Had terrible experience with both residential and business services by Ike's. They spent about 2 minutes on residence job, after pipes backed up and flooded a couple rooms of house. They only ran hot water, looked if it backed up and proclaimed all was well and left. For business job, they complained in a very unprofessional manner and were not able to complete the job, requiring business to hire a second sewer service company to complete the work. Hoped for better from a local business.

BEWARE! Do not ever hire Ike's Sewer Service to do any work for you! They do not know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work. We had to pay out another $1800 to fix our 6 month old sewer system to find out that it was never hooked up to our house in the first place. We are still dealing with issues and our basement needs to be cleaned professionally due to having raw sewage running in it through the walls.

We had a septic problem. Ike's had a septic solution. Very fast. Friendly. Especially the office manager. They had our system replaced and all good to go in no time and very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Kenneth was great! Ike's has always been good with our septic and issues, but Kenneth goes above and beyond! Not only was he friendly and do a great job, but took the time to explain what was happening. Don't let this guy go, he is great! He deserves a bonus! I will always use Ike's!!

Abousolutly outstanding work. On time ,and there quality is the best in Lafayette, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fix any problem you have at a fair price. I highly recommend you ask for Kenneth. He is such a professional and unclogged my drain in no time at all...

This contractor performs very poor work. They do not make sure piping is properly connected and glued before they they fill trenches back in for sewer line. This in turn causes groundwater to leach into the sewer lines and causes a host of problems. Look elsewhere in this area. Whether it's tomorrow or next year, the quality of work Ike's does will not last long.

Ike's put in a septic field for us after our original failed. They did a great job, were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

We then had them come in to replace some leaky faucets and again, did a great job. We'll continue to use Ike's.

I will never again call Ike's. First of all, they installed the wrong color toilet then incorrectly installed a sump pump in the crawl space of my home. I had to call another company to solve the crawl space problem, thus wasting the money I paid Ike's. When I asked Ike's to refund the money for the sump pump and to take it back, they refused. I even told the them they could keep the money for the toilet and installation of the pump but only asked for the actual price of the pump. I was being very fair. I was not dealt with in a professional, polite, or timely manner.
