Our old toilet leaked badly and left a big puddle on the floor. Soaked a big towel. We called him and he replaced gaskets and bolts but it still leaked a tiny bit. We were able to use the toilet overnight and he brought a new one. He didn't charge for the first work because he couldn't completely fix the old toilet. Gave us choices as to what we wanted to do and how we wanted it. HONEST, nice guy. Very happy with him.

I first met Ike when a rental agency sent him to fix a plumbing problem in my apartment. He'd left a business card, and, years later, after I'd become a homeowner, I called on Ike for a plumbing issue. He's been helping me out for near 25 years, clearing drains, installing faucets, and whatnot. Ike is honest and highly competent. He's also tidy and willing to offer advice.

Had a line burst underneath my sink this morning. Thank goodness I was home, and did not come home to a flood. So thankful Ike answered my call, and was able to come over in no time. He replaced the part that burst, and told me about a great buy on Amazon, that alerts you/uses sensors for leaks/flooding. Always fast, professional and vet affordable!

Ike is very unprofessional and rude. I got a quote from him offered him the job. Told him to come as soon as possible. I missed his call so he went to do a different job when I already told him to just come I'm home all day. Anyhow when he finally comes he's upset cause he quoted me less than he wanted cause job is bigger than he expected. Not my fault he quoted wrongly. I even offered to pay more but he didn't care and said he didn't want the job. Where is the customer service and professionalism. Beware with this guy probably good thing he didn't do it because he probably would have done a bad job.

My husband found Ike on Angie's List over 20 years ago. He's trustworthy, reliable, honest and reasonable. Earlier this week my parents called a reputable plumbing company to come and look at a drainage issue they were having. After cutting a large hole in the garage ceiling as well as several pipes the plumber handed them a bill over $5k. I advised my parents to hold everything until I get there. I was amazed at what they were charging them for. Long story short....My parents went with the company they had a coupon for. WOW....they honored THE senior discount.....I called Ike to come and he cleaned up ""the mess"" and saved them $4403. In my eyes this company was trying to take advantage of vulnerable seniors. Price gouging at it's finest. Sorry company but not my parents!

As new homeowners, we had no idea who to call when we had a plumbing problem. We asked our realtor and she recommended Ike. What I like most about Ike is that he will say it like it is. He doesn't sugar coat things and he is very knowledgeable. He has fixed our sink faucet, adjusted our water pressure, and installed the piping for our new kitchen sink. Any time we need something, we know we can call him. He has even been considerate enough to work us into his schedule with little notice.
