Company Overview

I.I.P. Construction, LLC specializes in residential and business remodeling, focused on offering excellent construction with unique options. We undertake tasks such as entire house remodels to room transformations. Skilled team members perform all framing, wiring, pipework, carpentry, and final touches tasks.

I founded my business as a handyman in 2006 after leaving my position at Mr. Handyman. I opened an LLC called My Handyman, but in a year’s time, I renamed it as RRR Handyman. In 2012, I hired more staff and we began taking on more remodeling projects beyond just handyman services, leading to the renaming to IIP Construction, also known as IIP, LLC.

I relocated from Russia to the USA in 2003.
