by december 30/2020 , they came to repair my water heater, and after 6 days, my water heater no work any more, i paid us$ 230.00 and henry badly and rudely, say no warranty of this job, before they came to my house he told me, i would get a credit if it didn't work, and then 6 days after, when i call to request for a new equipment due to they can't fix it....he refused to apply any credit to install a new one. i paid us$ 230.00 for nothing. very bad experience . i don't recommend this company.

This was a happy experience. I contacted Henry Gomez by email. We agreed on a time and day and his crew showed up on time. I needed to replace a toilet I had already purchased. Although a straightforward job, I had little luck finding someone to do this in Miami. But IHM came and in less than 1 hour they were on their way home. The installer did a clean, professional job. Payment was a breeze and before leaving he made sure everything was working and clean. I still have to wait 1 day before using the new toilette. If something goes wrong I will come back and edit this review. Otherwise, read above.

Very pleased with the service received from IHM!! I needed a shut off valved installed with a short turn around time. Henry (owner) found out exactly what I needed and asked for pictures to ensure his team arrived prepared. I had been traveling for work and Henry was flexible enough to communicate via cell and texts while I was in the noisy airport. The day of service, I was contacted by Andre to re-confirm the appointment time. Andre arrived, asked a few questions, and went right to work. He was friendly during the process and communicative about the work he needed to complete. He showed me the finished results and asked me to test the water to ensure it met my satisfaction. Andre was patient during the check out process as I informed my bank the transaction was not fraudulent-- any of you with Chase Bank knows they decline charges that are manually entered to protect the consumer. Andre completed the task in less than 30 minutes. I am a new homeowner so finding the right professionals was extremely important to me. My initial reason for going with IHM was the reviews- my ultimate decision was made by the fair prices and the flexibility to accommodate my hectic work schedule. I definitely will be recommending my friends and family Andre at IHM! When I am ready for that faucet Andre, I'll be reaching out! Thanks!!! -Satisfied customer

I would not recommend this company at all. Their owner/co-owner Michelle who actually lied about being the owner and then corrected herself as a co-owner is a complete unprofessional with not only a very poor attitude but absolutely no training or customer service etiquette whatsoever. I contacted them for a plumbing job in North Miami and they stood me up on a Friday afternoon with no notice. They even asked me for my cc info prior to coming out which I initially didn't want to do but did. The bottom line is if you want to hire a plumber in South Florida choose a different company if you want to be treated fairly. Thank you
