Was hired to replace a broken garbage disposal and some minor fixes. Arrived at the expected time and completed the job in a timely fashion. Cleaned up after the job was completed. Wore a mask and had booties.

Overall Kevin did a great job and cost was on par with other vendors. I would hire again.

Kevin came to help me with a list of issues that I inherited at my MIL rental duplex. With 2 tenants schedules to juggle, and a list a mile long, Kevin came and reviewed all of the items on my list. Kevin helped me, and the tenant, figure out priorities and then he got to work. As well as tackling most of my list, he has been a go to for me when the tenants have had emergency issues. Kevin is very helpful and honest. He is a jack of all trades and if he can't fix it or solve the issue, he has a great list of resources to help him. Kevin has extremely competitive pricing, and his response time has been wonderful. He has on more than one occasion rearranged his schedule to come help in emergency flood situations, and power outage issues. Not only is Kevin a wonderful tradesman, his kindness, honesty and professionalism shine through. I am SUPER thankful that he accepted my call and was able to come to help me with our property.

iHandy showed up quickly, did the job perfectly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He added an electrical outlet to our bathroom and installed a bidet seat. A couple months later and it's still working great. I would definitely use him again!!

I had a very difficult project to befit a replacement washer in a very tight corner of my new condo. Kevin spent a lot of time and a ton of creativity to figure out a way to do it neatly. I was ready for the bad news that the cabinets had to come out and albeit costing me a fortune to fix. But He tried every possible scenario to make it work and it finally worked!!!
