Beware of prices. Hourly rate is $225. To fix a minor leak. To add caulking and new bolts. 45 min job... $300. No estimate given. $225 just to show up.

So .. I had a major plumbing problem!
The one side of my kitchen sink was not draining ! Been clogged for a week! Tried everything! Spoke to someone at IGP, and they suggested i try something before doing a service call.
Let me tell you.. I tried everything already, so I was not hopeful.
I tried what they suggested.. problem solved !!!

We had a dishwasher that wasn't completely draining and a garbage disposal that wasn't working. We had used IGP in the past several years ago and glad they're still around.

Sam came with Danny and diagnosed the problem in 60 seconds or less, that the garbage disposal was leaking, so the machinery was shot and needed to be replaced. They quickly went to work and replaced it, even took care of their own trash, though I offer a trash can to help. And the dishwasher drain automatically was working, and that incurred no additional cost. Whew.

Thankful that IGP was so punctual on time, worked quickly, professionally, friendly, and communicating well every step of the way- before, during, and after.

I had previously used IGP Plumbing Solutions for re-piping of our house. So, when we had our grandsons visiting us, our water heater stopped working. So, I called IGT Plumbing solutions, Talked to Esmeralda and set up an appointment for the same day. What an amazing plumbing company from Esmeralda's outstanding customer service to Abraham's excellent knowledge and skills. Abraham showed up on time and was ready for the task at hand with a smile and terrific customer service skills. The entire job took approximately 2.5 hours. I cannot say enough how much I am so thankful for IGP Plumbing Solutions to come to the rescue for my broken water heater. They responded almost like a firefighter would head to a fire... Great company! I had one of their plumbers unclog my drain and the technician was really helpful and respectful. He had his proper equipment, knew what he was doing and saying and did the job right.
