This is the 2nd time we have used Iggy's Plumbing. We called them the first time for a clogged drain. This time for a garbage disposal install. He is the best! He was super fast in his estimate. He worked his schedule around mine and showed up on time! He went above and beyond in telling me how to care for the product and even helped with my dishwasher drain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Iggy did a small job for me (he changed out my garbage disposal).

If you need your disposal changed out and you live in Elk Grove, South Sacramento or slightly beyond, then it's really a no brainier, call Iggy.

- Arrived on time.
Iggy and his partner got a flat tire en route to my home. They unloaded all their needed supplies from the vehicle and carried the tools to my house in 90 degree weather to do the job! They didn't cancel or say we will be back some other time.

- Upfront and honest.
Iggy told me on the first phone call exactly what the labor cost would be, the type of disposal he would be installing and its price. The final bill read exactly the same and he even included the receipt for his purchase of the disposal.

-Thorough
He made sure the job was done right. He even stayed around to make sure the new disposal wasn't leaking.

- Great installation price!
He was the lowest priced of those I called. Honestly, I would have used Iggy even if he had been the highest bidder (but please don't tell Iggy that!)

In March I hired Iggy's Plumbing for a job finding and fixing a leak in the master bedroom shower. He did a quality job, at a reasonable rate and within a pretty quick timeframe.

A couple weeks ago, I emailed him again about doing a multiple-task job: install two restroom sink faucets, tighten a kitchen faucet, and replace the cartridge in two shower valves. We had a miscommunication that delayed the service date. However, he was diligent to fix the relationship and complete the tasks.

As I have observed him at work now, over the course of several visits, it occurs to me that Iggy enjoys his craft. He talks about the challenges of a situation, problem-solves on the fly, calls acquaintances for support. It is fun to see a professional delighting in his work. I highly recommend him.

I had a water leak to my main water line to the house that was discovered after work on Friday night. I was given a referral from my regular plumber to call Iggy who would dig up and repair water lines in front yard after hours on weekend. I called and asked Iggy for a price estimate for the repair. As the other reviews have stated I took a couple pictures and texted them to Iggy who quickly responded with a fair price to complete the repair. The whole process to confirm an appointment and agreed price was less than 1/2 hour from my 1st contact with Iggy. His crew showed up 1/2 hour early and quickly dug up the leak and repaired the broken water line in a few hours. Very happy customer and will definitely use Iggy plumbing again in the future.

Iggy is a very knowledgeable plumber. He had us text pictures of our plumbing dilemma and within two hours he was here and fixed our problem with a breeze. He has very reasonable prices and very well customer skills. Would highly recommend and rehire for future projects!

We needed a plumber to help us with our rental property in Galt. Although we live in Elk Grove, we called Iggy's to see if they would service the Galt area. He was prompt in getting back to me, even though it was late at night, and the very next morning he called me as he said he would. He was able to go down to the home in Galt and resolve the problem within an hour. He was kind, polite, professional, and extremely fair. His pricing is amazing, and he is our go to plumber from here on out. TY, Iggy's!

Iggy is AWESOME. He initially came out to our house two years ago for a drainage issue and was great. He came out the next day and fixed the issue in a timely manner.

Fast forward to the present. I called him yesterday around 5pm because we desperately needed him to come fix another drainage issue. I left a voicemail expecting a call back the next day but he promptly called me within an hour. We talked and he said he could come tomorrow morning. He diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote, and went right to fixing it.

I can't say enough great things and will use Iggy again if we need his services! He is affordable and gets the job done!

Iggy did some excellent work for me and gave an estimate on the rest of the job. I then spent about 3 weeks trying to get him to schedule and come back to finish what he had started. No response. If he didn't want the job, I don't understand why he bothered to bid it. If something came up, he should have at least replied and told me he wasn't going to do the job. A good plumber, but bad follow through.

Ignacio was very responsive and came by and gave honest inspection. Although we never ended up doing business due to my property having other issues, he was on time and most importantly patient and responsive.

Iggy was able to come next day (on a Sunday) to repair a leak under our meter box. Just talking to him on the phone, he was pretty confident about what it could be and was able to give me a quick quote after I sent him a picture of the area that needed to be dug up. He showed up early, did the job quickly and charged what he quoted. Spectacular service and a friendly guy.
