Ignacio was referred by another local
Plumbing company. My water heater broke over the weekend and we were desperate for hot water. Ignacio responded immediately. He was honest about his scheduling and showed up early. He accurately diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He immediately drove to pick up the parts and we were back to hot showered within an hour! My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. He was quick; on time and fairly priced

Let me start by saying that Iggy is really cool and great at what he does!
I contacted him for a quote first and then searched around on yelp and requested quotes from the competitors. His pricing was the best out of all the other guys. He showed up on time, did his thing, left within the hour and everything was working great.
It sucks that I had to pay a plumber to come out and fix what I screwed up but I'm glad that it was Iggy's that came out and made it an inexpensive & painless experience.

We had a sewer drain that had backed up and after being told by the city that it wasn't their responsibility, we began looking for a plumber. We called Iggy on an emergency basis and he was able to come in less than an hour! Fixed the problem, quick to arrive, and reasonable price! He seemed very genuine. We would most certainly use him again!

Fantastic! Iggy came over for a short run of gas line to a new stove. It turned out to be a much larger job than intended, But he was able to come back the next business day and tackle the whole thing quickly and professionally. Everything looks great and I couldn't recommend him more.

What a blessing for Elk Grove! Fast and accurate, Iggy got my leaky valves fixed, and gave me pointers to finish the job I was working on. Most important to me is he seemed to care, asking me to call him to make sure everything was ok...which it is/was.

He told me it is important to him to have a win-win in his pricing. He makes a little money and I save a little money.

I left a message to Iggy and he returned my call in a few minutes. I had some leaks on the shut off valve because whoever repaired the copper pipes before didn't do a good job. So, we had to replace everything. We scheduled for next day and he showed up on time. Excellent job with very reasonable price. What a good surprise to finally find a professional and friendly local plumbing company. Thanks again!
