We had backed up toilets and shower and tub. Called IGGYS Plumbing. Iggy was out In 1 hour. He arrived and had everything working in an hour. Iggy is a very nice guy, friendly.and efficient. We HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service. Very reasonable price too.

This guy is truly honest and up front! We had a small puddle in our side yard and the ground was saturated. He found out we had a leak in the nearby irrigation. He didn't charge us a dime! I was so relieved it wasn't a huge expensive problem. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Iggy worked on our outside pipe that connects to the irrigation system. The inside valve was broken so he had to replace the valve and pipes. We also had two leaking valves for our washer. He said that those need to be replaced. The cost was a little too much so we decided to find a plumber through our home warranty. We ended up not replacing those valves because they just needed to be tightened. When I notified Iggy that the part he replaced is leaking, he came back out to fix it. I was in hurry to fix the leak so I didn't have time to get quotes from different plumbers. My recommendation is to get quotes from multiple plumbers. Iggy's price was a little higher compare to another company, but Iggy is quick in responding your call.

Updated: At first I was very disappointed with the service but I got to say he did go above and beyond to fix things and make me happy. I appreciated that alot. I gave this business a three because I am willing to give him another try. Nowadays once I find a good business to fix things in my house I naturally become a returning customer. His attitude and willingness to improve is commendable. This shows me that he is coachable and an amazing person with valuable skills and a great character. I'll definitely call you again next time.

Great service!!! Water heater blew up over night :( called Iggy after seeing reviews on Yelp. He answered at 6:30 this morning and water heater replaced same day. Great response and local plumber in Elk Grove as well, stay local when we can. Refer him very highly.

I called Iggy because one of our rentals was having a problem with no hot water. He was very prompt (same day) with coming out and diagnosing the problem. He not only told me what part went out but advised me to call the manufacturer because the water heater and parts should still be under warranty. He was right the company shipped me the part next day for free so I didn't have to spend any additional money for parts, so he actually saved me money and he fixed the water heater within an hour. We will definitely use iggy again for any plumbing issues that arise. His prices were also very reasonable.

Iggy came out to look at our garbage disposal. As soon as he found it to be thrashed, he left, drove out to Orchard to pick us up a new one, and was back in an hour. In just another hour it was installed and we were good to go. Excellent service and reasonable pricing. Thanks Iggy!
