Joshua provided courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service when he arrived and cleared a severely clogged drain. He explained the cause and recommended the best remedy for the problem. Very dishonest and unreputable. Stay away. We were charged over $800 to clear 5 drains and they couldn't do one. Then they wanted $1000's to do finish the job they never did. Total ripp off.

I have worked with Igancio quite a few times now and now refer him to all of my clients. He not only has helped me with my own sewer line but he truly guides all of my clients. What I like about Ignacio is he not only does a great job scoping out sewer lines but he can also provide quotes for repairs. This is critical during the inspection phase as if any issues arise you can go back to the seller to ask for credit or repairs. Lastly him being a licensed plumber he can complete the repairs for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a water back-up in my basement. Called IG and they were able to put a camera in the line. It was very clear that tree roots clogged the cast iron pipe. IG explained what options I had and I agreed to replace the line. They came, did the excavating and replaced the line. Very profession and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company.

Wow such phenomenal services and professionalism. We had a sewer blockage and my husband attempted to fix it on his own. However, as a back up plan I called IG Sewer and Drain Cleaning. They scheduled us right away! Although my husband fixed part of the problem, they were able to help us figure out and FIX the bigger issue! Called them for a clogged master bathroom shower. They were able to schedule me relatively quickly. They called me when they were in route to my home, were very polite and considerate while they worked. They fixed the problem immediately, cleaned their work area well and were fair with the charge. They even repaired another issue I had in my kitchen that I had not even planned on. I considered their service excellent and would definitely recommend them!

My kitchen sink drain was clogged and I started looking for a plumber here on Yelp. I put out a request for plumbing services and Ignacio is one of the plumbers that answered. I spoke to him the same day and we arranged for him to come the next day. Ignacio arrived on time and was friendly. He looked under the kitchen sink and told me the pipes under the sink had tiny holes in them and they would eventually start to leak. I didn't think it was unusual, so I agreed to have him replace the piping under the sink as well as the two strainers inside the sink drains (it is a double sink). It was more than I was planning to spend that day, but I figured I would take care of this since he was already there and I didn't want any additional issues. Soon after this, my opinion of him took a turn for the worst. He asked if he could see the waste pipe that drains from my kitchen sink. When we got downstairs to the basement, he looked at the valves on my washing machine and started telling me how bad they looked. He said that if I ever wanted to replace the washing machine, the delivery men wouldn't even install the new machine because the valves were so bad. He also said I didn't have burst proof hoses, they could burst anytime and could flood my basement. He also said insurance would not cover this since I did not have burst proof hoses. He then started giving me a price quote (that I did not ask for) to replace the hoses to burst proof hoses and a price to replace the valves on my washing machine. I said I was only planning to spend the money on fixing my kitchen sink and he said ""well I take credit cards"". I didn't appreciate this because I felt like he assumed I had the money to fix a whole bunch of things at one time for a very high price. I also didn't ask him to look at the washing machine, he was called to my home to fix the kitchen sink and he should have stuck to that. I ended up letting him unclog the kitchen sink, replace the piping under the sink, replace the washing machine valves and replace the washing machine hoses. I really didn't appreciate the fact that he used scare tactics to convince me to let him perform more services and make more money. I also told him I had an appointment that afternoon and that I needed to leave at a certain time. He assured me he would be finished by then. He ended up losing track of time and making me late for my appointment. I also noticed that after he was finished unclogging the kitchen sink, there was dirt splattered ALL over my entire kitchen. On the backsplash, walls, microwave, stove, coffee maker, cabinets, wooden blinds. It took me days to clean the dirt off of everything. I have no complaints about the actual work he did (except for the fact that he left a mess in my kitchen), but I would never call him again.

Unparalleled service. I hired this company blind with no referrals or anything. We had a back up and was desperate to get it handled. Two uniformed, mask wearing and gloved gentlemen showed up. They were polite, polished and knowledgeable. What a pleasant surprise. The owner asked me lots of questions about our septic system and issues. He quickly and carefully diagnosed the problem, cleared up our problem and made recommendations about how to handle the cause long term. A dirty job and they left everything in order and clean. If I have a sewer/drain issue in the future they are the only company I will call. IG has my highest recommendation. I would say don't settle for shoddy service, get great service at reasonable prices done by professionals with high standards that you are happy to have at your home.
