Our team recognizes how inconvenient it can be when something in your residence malfunctions. Our goal is to assist you get back to your normal life as soon as we can. This year, our team will assist over twenty-five thousand homes and expand to over seventy-five thousand homes in the following year. Told me he would be by on Monday, called and told me they had an opening because the other guy couldnt make in on Monday. Cool, see you today! Nope....never showed up and never called. Losers. Thanks for making me take time out of my work day to wait 5 hours for you and then no show. Terrible company , I'm sure I'll get a reply from the company saying they are sorry, but they aren't. You cost me money out of my own pocket and unless your goona compensate me, which your not, hope karma bites you.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with IFM restorations has been nothing but unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable. They do not follow through on their agreed upon appointments and will reschedule with you several times before you get fed up and eventually cancel the work order. Originally, maintenance was scheduled for last Monday, 5/21, from 4-8PM. I received a call at 10AM saying that the technician was at the house and if I wasn't there in 15 minutes he would leave and cancel the order. I told them we were scheduled for 4-8PM and if they couldn't meet that then I could reschedule for same time the next day (5/22); they said they would call the corporate location and call me back in 10-15 minutes. I did not receive a call back until Wednesday, 5/23. We then rescheduled the maintenance for Saturday, 5/26, from 12PM-4PM. I received a call that morning saying that the technician couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for yesterday, 5/29, between 12PM-6PM (a 6 hour window for maintenance) with a 30 minute call ahead notification. The technician never showed up, again, and I didn't receive any call until 5:45PM telling me that the technician would not be able to make the 12-6PM window and they needed to reschedule again. I took off of work and waited at the house for 6 hours and didn't receive any notification that the technician would not be able to make our agreed upon window until 15 minutes before 6PM. Very irresponsible and I don't think it should be this difficult to schedule a maintenance with a vendor. It has been 2 weeks and they have been unresponsive and missed agreed upon maintenance windows. Extremely poor customer service and I think it is very telling how this "business" likes to operate.

It has taken 3 weeks for a person to show up from the date of appointment 1 being scheduled .

Week 2 no show
Week 3 late , leaves , it's almost 9 still have no idea what's going on .
No show the next morning . Late for afternoon appointment, leaves , runs out of gas ? Again , I am reaching out to him . Then reach out to Patrick ..
Hear nothing back .
More detailed explanation-
When a person does show up he's late on Tuesday .
Then leaves for supplies , it's after 8:30 still don't know what's going on .
I reach out and say just come back tomorrow .
Via phone conversation he states he will return between 8-9 a.m.
He doesn't show up .
We decide on 2p.m. He suggests noon , but because of his situation I tell him not to rush .
I say 2p.m. Is fine .
He arrived at 3:45 .
He leaves to get a ladder .....and I don't hear from him again until I text .

This situation is BEYOND unprofessional.
I don't appreciate the attitude from Patrick when verbally speaking with him . I know I irritated him by texting him Tuesday as well as reaching out through renters warehouse yesterday.
I've done my part , followed the process required of me as a tenant . I've also been extremely patient although inconvenienced from the original appointment 3 weeks ago .
I could go on , but bottom line , unacceptable.
It's not my job to follow up on this company's technicians . I lead well over 200 people on my own team .
So I've been patient, well beyond inconvenienced.
I'm happy to add up what I make per hour in all the time wasted as I'm trying to recover from back surgery and send the company an invoice for my time .
It's sad when you have the client doing all the work to communicate to your company when your technicians don't show up , disappear .......
I'm not sure how Integrity fits in with the companies name .

IFM Restorations is a joke. They won't even let me post pics of the damage they did to my fence and left it that way for 13 days! I called and complained about the damage after not getting any updates after 7 days. I have never been so disappointed in the way they handled the work order. The manager kept making promises of fixing my fence while they fixed the french drain but NEVER came through until the project was done 13 days later! In the beginning it was a FEW cancelled appointments. Then the damage to the fence and letting kids and stray animals go in my yard, then the tech hit the water pipe and we had to go without water for hours! The truly sad thing is that all I asked for was a temporary fence to be placed when my fence used to be, they couldn't even do that! They took a strand of caution tape, tied it to a stick and the neighbors tree and thought that was enough. Then they thought leaving an excavator In front of my knocked down fence would do the job..... so sad, that one little request would have made up for never getting updates. Begging for updates was more like it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My Yelp review should be up soon.
Update- I came home and now have NO INTERNET SERVICE because my wires were cut! How convenient!!!

No communication. Never on time. Shows up at the very end of their 4-5 hour window. Does cover up not repair. Band aids applied not good work. Huge mess all over area. Austin/Pflugerville.

Great service and experienced staff! Everyone was so polite and really helped me in a stressful time. I would highly recommend IFM Restoration.

I did contract work for IFM as a maintenance technician and they refuse to pay me and would not answer calls or texts. This company is a scam.

Was a Landscaping tech in south Florida and worked wtih this company almost 5 months. Stayed dedicated and drove about 100 miles to handles their work every day. Even gave a lot of my own customers to take on more work for them. Good experience working until after hurricane Irma. Right after the hurricane i got back to work took on 2 big jobs. After quoting the jobs and they approved i did the work. When it was time to pay it was a lot less than quoted. So little that i spent more in gas and tolls getting to the job site. This happened when a gu named Nick took over. Nick wont answer the phone which is a cowardly move. Nobody answers the phone now. If you read all the reviews youll notice they are all the same. Thanks to IFM my business is now upside down and in debt. Im even losing my home. Thanks IFM and they leave a response for show but they are not taking care of anything. If they do ill make sure to change my review...

Don't use them if you are in Austin/Pflugerville. I had two no-call no-shows after taking off from work and waiting all day for them. I called and left voicemails and they never returned my call. The management company for the house I am leasing contracted with them again. Finally a technician showed up after 1 reschedule request. Brad - the tech was the only positive experience throughout this process. Brad said the part needed for the repair my oven would take a couple of days. Here we are 10 days later and - no updates, no return calls after leaving a voicemail with the company. My management company got so fed up, they ordered a brand new oven and canceled the work order. Brad is the only reason they deserve 1 star.

needed to rent equipment for a job, was told they would reimburse me, nope, didn't happen, twice
in the 5 weeks I worked for IFM, I dealt with 5 different project managers, sometimes changing in one day, each manager telling me to do things differently.
They expect you to run all over the place, but won't reimburse for your time.
I left the company 4 weeks ago and still have not received my final pay check, have been told numerous times that they would look in to it that day, nope, hasn't happened.
now at the point i'm forced to file a claim in court to get what's owed to me.
That all being said, I think they have a good product & service, but are going through huge growing pains and a lot of times things fall through the cracks.
