I cannot recommend iFlood Restoration enough! A fire destroyed my home during COVID, of all times. Over 10 representatives from different companies made unsolicated calls and showed up at my property the moment the fire happened, waiting to be hired. In a sea of madness, I trusted Brad from iFlood immediately from his calming demeaner and their office was in the neighborhood. I sensed that their expertise would guide me through this devastating event- which they did. Step by step Brad addressed my fears and questions with patience and calm guidance, sharing more than just their required load mitigating the destruction. It was very clear they were very experienced and immediately boarded up windows that the firemen kicked out, as well as took immediate measures to remove the water that the fire department flooded the property with to put out the fire. Brad's expertise led me to trust him for the other recommendations that were necessary for the next steps and I seriously cannot recommend them enough. They were highly effective, professional and compassionate- I've dealt with multiple floods before and wish I knew them before! A sewer back-up flood is devastating to say the least. Over 3000 gallons of sewer water was in my basement. I called iFlooded and spoke to Brad at 3 pm. By 6pm a small army of very upbeat workers arrived with a variety of cutting edge equipment. All windows were opened, hoses and pumps were rapidly put into position. By 11pm, just the smallest remnant of water was remaining. Fresh smelling bacterial and mold preventers were put down and gave me a whole new outlook. All damaged items were neatly placed in clear plastic bags for the insurance adjuster's inventory. iFlooded worked seamlessly with my insurance company. As the days past, every bit of trash and debris was removed along with the equipment used for final air cleansing and drying. Brad called daily for the first week to make sure things were proceeding well. In the end, not one bit of mold and no bacterial contamination. iFlooded was like knights in shinning armor. Ask for Brad as project manager... he is second to none. To all the upbeat workers from iFlooded: ""Thank you from the bottom of my heart.""

Wonderful customer service and very responsive! IFlooded was quick to assess and fix the damage caused after my mother's kitchen flooded, ruining her kitchen tile floor and wood flooring, which also seeped into the basement ceiling. I was surprised at how quickly the work was done, considering not only the extent of the damage, but also the fact that this occurred on a Sunday morning. They were efficient and did a wonderful job, helping not only with the structural removal, but also working with us to sort damaged/wet contents for the insurance claim. Solid work!
