Our water heater bombed out yesterday and we had no hot water. I thought that the pilot light just blew out, but no that would be too easy and cost friendly. I turn to the internet to find a local plumber and the website said that i would be contacted in 3 to 4 hours. I looked at my phone in the morning and I had several calls from IFA plumbing and I spoke to ISSA. He was very friendly and accommodating and said he could come out that day between 10 am to 11 am. True to his word he came and told me that unfortunately we would need a new water heater. I told him that we had an extended warranty from Lowe's and it should be covered. He immediately got Lowe's on the line and they verified that the warranty expired in March 2021. He ordered a new water heater and installed it the next day. He was very kind and moved a great deal of boxes in the garage as I am disabled and unable to do this for myself. He was so very polite, accommodating and friendly & knowledgeable about his trade. If you need a GREAT plumber, then IFA plumbing is your choice. Thanks IFA and Thank you Issa.

Sent out a message to several plumbers in the area this morning. Ifa Plumbing was the first to respond. We talked about my concern, exchanged information and Issa arrived quickly. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Needless to say we will have him on speed dial for future concerns. Thank you Issa!
