I had used Mo just before the pandemic to install a new toilet. It was a great experience, and I issued a top review then. 5 years later the toilet is working flawlessly with NO leaks or other issues.
So, I had an issue with a burned-out fan motor in my old Kenmore range hood. I had wondered if I had to just replace the entire hood, or I could get by with just replacing the fan motor. Mo gave quotes for both situations after I texted a few pictures. I was surprised that his rates had not increased all that much considering the tremendous inflation of the past few years. I went with just replacing the motor. He texted back a few days later that he had the motor in hand, and we easily scheduled a time window for that next week. Mo showed up well within the time frame and even texted ahead about 30 minutes before arrival. He took all of 5 minutes or so to remove and replace the fan motor. Tested out the new one at both speeds and now I have a perfectly working two speed exhaust fan for my range hood. Mo guarantees his work parts and labor for 60 days. Mo is personable and polite. He'll answer questions and concerns quickly and clearly. He's sort of holdover from the type of handymen you'd have used 50 or 75 years ago. I'm glad he's still in business! He'll definitely see some more repair jobs from me down the line. Thank you, Mo!

We just moved into a new home and we were in need of installing a few items so we submitted a project request. We reviewed all the vendors and Mo was a good fit for what we needed, which was a Google Doorbell and Nest x Yale Door Lock.

From the moment he responded to the project request and arrived, he was transparent about his pricing and fair about the cost. He took his time and also was making sure we understood how to install the application.

Loved MO's communication returning calls and scheduling appointments. Made great use of social media as well. He arrived on time. The job turned out to B more work than expected; hence, an elevated cost. But, it was reasonable. My only concern was not being certain I would have all the plumbing parts I needed. I would prefer an in-person inspection & quote. I would paid a visit fee in exchange for applying the fee to give him the job. Maybe only for local customers??? Payment was easy and post work clean up done. Yes, I'd hire him again.

Mo has been my first call handyman since November, 2022. I appreciate that he comes when he says he's going to come and is efficient. He can ""get the job done"" swiftly while listening to me rant about my latest problems with the HOA or my views on politics and pop culture. Yesterday he went to the hardware store to buy equipment and completed three tasks in a relatively brief time. Then this morning I realized he had either inadvertently or just as a favor fixed a problem I had with the Ring doorbell. I complained yesterday that the voice telling me (and anyone else who comes near my door) I was being recorded was getting on my nerves. This morning the voice was quiet. I briefly worried that I might have to call Mo to fix the doorbell but then realized the recording was working as was the voice telling visitors to leave a message. I appreciate the silence when I walk in and out of my house now, so I'm nominating Mo for my monthly Facebook award. Usually famous people or friends and family win, but a Geek won once, so Mo may be the August winner.
