It's really nice to having somebody that arrives on time, does a professional job and charges a fair price. I plan to use this company for many other projects. If you are thinking about handyman services- do not hesitate calling. I gave him my vision of what I wanted my laundry room cabinets to look like and it came out exactly as such. He even made sure that I liked it prior to completion. Last but not unnoticed, he finished in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints or regrets.

I can't even begin to explain how much we appreciate Mo. our home has had one issue after another. I found this company on another website ""thumbtack"". No was so quick to respond. Had I been available, I could have gotten my repairs done the same day. His scheduling was fact and very reliable.

I had to replace my toilet and If We Can't We Won't Handyman gave me a quote of $110 to remove the old one but not take it away and replace it with one I purchased.

They were very good at notifying me when they were coming and were very clean. During the installation the worker informed me that the flange was bent and rusted, I asked him if he could replace it and I agreed to pay the additional cost. When I looked up the price if the flange it was less than $20, so I'm thinking the additional money would be around $40-$50 extra or $150-$160 for the job. I provided the worker with paper towels and water with Pinesol to clean up the area.

However, when he was done the price was now $210. WOW! That took me completely by surprise. I asked why did it go up so much and he told me it was to replace the flange. Yes, I agreed to pay an additional cost for the part and labor but honestly the extra time was not more than $15 minutes.

Now the toilet is making a running water sound when it flushes and the company is coming up with probabilities that it ""could "" be a clog and/or venting issue when the prior toilet wasn't making that sound. Also, I did have a plumber come out prior to this because the old toilet was making a hissing noise. The plumber informed me that there was no clog in the line...so I believe that If We Can't is just guessing as to what is causing the noise.

To say the least I am irritated by the extra cost I paid which I believe was unwarranted and the run-around regarding the noise the toilet is now making. I'm getting the impression that they are either not going to do anything about it or want to charge me more money to come out to possibly resolve an issue that they are ""guessing"" could be the problem. Could it be that they just didn't install the toilet correctly??? Now I am leery to have them come out and do anything else for me.

Mo arrived within the promised window and quickly got to work. He removed our old kitchen faucet, installed a new one with a soap dispenser, an under sink filtration system and repaired the grout of the kitchen sink. The repair and install were clean and done well. I definitely have a couple more projects for If We Can't I the near future.

Mo was on time, professional and wore a mask the entire time he was at my home. I hired him to assemble some dining chair I recently purchased. Their quote to complete the job was reasonable and I was very happy with their work. So much so that I hired Mo to repair a water leak the next week. He did a great job!
