After 22 years our water heater finally died. My wife came in the house and said her car was leaking water! Well, it was the last day for that 22 year old water heater. Our home warranty company sent us several different companies for service and after some homework from my wife we chose IDR Plumbing from Auburn. We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of our repair experience. Claire in the office dispatch was always in touch quickly and very nice as well (a pleasure these days). Our plumber, Isaac was outstanding. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained all the changes to bring our old system up to code. I would absolutely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Kudos to Isaac and Claire. Thank you!

Our water heater when out so we called IDR because they were recommended to us . I'm glad we did because they were there the next day and within 3 hours we had a new water heater and at a cheaper price than Home Depot! Now I will be the one recommending them !

Finally! Excellent plumbing services. I had to fight with AHS to get a good vendor. I have got crappy contractors assigned by AHS and got really frustrated. After threating to cancel my membership, they finally agreed for me to choose from their preferred vendors.

IDR plumbing aka Isaac and his wife Clare are professional, excellent communication, timeliness and more importantly they get the job done! They resolved all my plumbing issues (replacing garbage disposer, toilet leaks, shower issues etc). Issac was quick to resolve each of the issues. Special shout out to Clare for over communication on scheduling and arrival times. Highly recommend them.

Isaac is not only skilled but also extremely responsive. Replaced an old water heater with a tankless one efficiently and even made sure the job was finished in one day after only being able to start at 4:30 finishing at 8:45. Great service. Recommend him highly.

We used Isaac in Sunnyvale and San Jose before he moved to Auburn. We had a difficult matter in San Jose but he knew how to deal with it, avoiding possible complications. Very knowledgeable. He is extremely courteous and understanding, giving a honest evaluation of what has to be done. He knew exactly what was needed and proceeded to fix the problems promptly. He gave us a good deal, being very reasonably priced.

The technician was great, having service done under a home warranty to replace a water heater. We discussed options about where to place it. When he came out to do it we found out it couldn't be placed where I wanted it to be so we decided to instead do a cash out credit. After looking at placement options I decided to instead go along with the original replacement but the owners canceled the service call. I called them to explain what was happening and they told me I ""flaked"" on the replacement. Told her that wasn't the case, that the tech was great and that I wanted to go forward and the warranty company was willing to go through with it as well. She was quite insulting implying that I refused service. Garbage/lazy response. Service tech was great, management not so much.

Fidelity Home warranty assigned IDR for toilet stoppage and Leak. They came on time, fixed the stoppage right away. Ordered new toilet came and installed. Compared to other plumbing companies in Fidelity's list, this is an exceptional company. I was so happy with their service.. keep it up!!
