We used Isaac in Sunnyvale and San Jose before he moved to Auburn. We had a difficult matter in San Jose but he knew how to deal with it, avoiding possible complications. Very knowledgeable. He is extremely courteous and understanding, giving a honest evaluation of what has to be done. He knew exactly what was needed and proceeded to fix the problems promptly. He gave us a good deal, being very reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend him.

The technician was great, having service done under a home warranty to replace a water heater. We discussed options about where to place it. When he came out to do it we found out it couldn't be placed where I wanted it to be so we decided to instead do a cash out credit. After looking at placement options I decided to instead go along with the original replacement but the owners canceled the service call. I called them to explain what was happening and they told me I ""flaked"" on the replacement. Told her that wasn't the case, that the tech was great and that I wanted to go forward and the warranty company was willing to go through with it as well. She was quite insulting implying that I refused service. Garbage/lazy response. Service tech was great, management not so much.

Fidelity Home warranty assigned IDR for toilet stoppage and Leak. They came on time, fixed the stoppage right away. Ordered new toilet came and installed. Compared to other plumbing companies in Fidelity's list, this is an exceptional company. I was so happy with their service.. keep it up!!

Isaac came out to diagnose an issue for the home warranty claim we made. While the warranty company denied the fix, we went ahead with paying Isaac out of pocket to fix the issue because of his willingness to figure out a solution, and ability to do so. This was no easy fix, but Isaac got it done, and in a timely manner.
If our willingness to pay out of pocket rather than fight the warranty company to get it covered isn't a glowing review, I am not sure what is!

We had an event: The sewer backed up into two sinks, two toilets and a bathtub. Isaac opened two access caps, in the front yard; he identified these as old septic-access caps. He ran the big snake through one of them, and unplugged one toilet. When he snaked the other access point, he stated that ""it doesn't go anywhere."" Then, he pulled the other toilet and attempted to snake that. Then, he gave up, stating that he had no camera, and no hydrojet, available. ""Sorry."" We hired another plumber, who used his camera to show us that those access caps, in the front, are simply pipes--no septic, no tanks of any kind. And, that second access cap leads both to the third, master bathroom(very clean, as well), and all the way to the street. Either Isaac did a terrible job of trying to scam us, or he's just terrible at being a plumber. But, he did get his $75.00. So, there's that. Thanks, Isaac, for inadvertently unplugging a toilet!
