He pumped it immediately and then addressed a broken pipe and repaired that also. He had my septic system up and running in less than two hours. I am so Grateful for this man and his business.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

You rarely need to call for septic service, but when you need it, you need it quickly. Keith with Ideal Trenching & Septic was there the next day. He was courteous, prompt, and completed our septic repair the same day. I have since recommended Ideal Trenching & Septic service to friends, who needed emergency service as well and Keith delivered within 24 hours for them as well. Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice. They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!
