I contacted Ideal Plumbing and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly for an estimate. Chris came out, was on time and professionally dressed. He went over our options for the line, gave suggestions and got me an estimate the same day! When there was a hiccup with the schedule the day he was to install (due to an unforeseen issue at another project), not only did his office call but he personally called me to apologize!!! We were able to quickly reschedule and when Chris came back out, he called to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time and was again very professional. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he did with the install when he was finished. I highly recommend Ideal Plumbing! We will definitely use them for any future projects!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I especially liked how he explained everything to me, giving me options to choose from. Also, he was my lowest quote. He was courteous and thoughtful about my house (it was raining). Plus he is a man of God which is especially nice. I will be using them in the near future to replace some plumbing and install a water softener. Highly recommended.
