Ideal Plumbing is just that. I had a water softener installed and the job was not easy. An air vent pipe had to be rerouted, which was done very well. (Clean organized) I highly reccomend Chris and his staff. They offer reasonable pricing and quality work.

Had another plumbing company come out and try to charge us double what Ideal Plumbing charged for the work. Chris did a great job, was very upfront and honest about the scope, pricing and timeline of the job. He was also extremely clean with his work and left the jobsite spotless. We'll definitely use Ideal Plumbing again!

I can't say enough about the professionalism and excellent customer service from Chris and his staff at Ideal Plumbing! I had just bought a new home without a gas line for the dryer. I contacted Ideal Plumbing and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly for an estimate. Chris came out, was on time and professionally dressed. He went over our options for the line, gave suggestions and got me an estimate the same day! When there was a hiccup with the schedule the day he was to install (due to an unforeseen issue at another project), not only did his office call but he personally called me to apologize!!! We were able to quickly reschedule and when Chris came back out, he called to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time and was again very professional. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he did with the install when he was finished. I highly recommend Ideal Plumbing! We will definitely use them for any future projects!

Ideal Plumbing was referred to me by another contractor. I needed a gas line ran so that I could hook up my gas stove. Chris was my plumber. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I especially liked how he explained everything to me, giving me options to choose from. Also, he was my lowest quote. He was courteous and thoughtful about my house (it was raining). Plus he is a man of God which is especially nice. I will be using them in the near future to replace some plumbing and install a water softener. Highly recommended.
