Yesterday evening I noticed a small spray of water coming out of the wall outside my house I tried everything including shutting off the main water but no luck. I called Ideal in the am and within 30 45 min Howard came out. He fixed the problem immediately. Was very professional and courtesy and the total cost was far less than I anticipated.
We have own our house for over 22 years and have used several different plumbers and companies. Not anymore. Will call Ideal from now on without a doubt.

I just spoke with a nice receptionist. how ever their policy's is unfriendly and in piratical. They insist on only dealing with the owner, even after I explained to them that my job was to handle all repairs and contractors. I explained that I was the owner representative and this was my title and position to handle. They might be a good company but I'll never know.

Joel and Jake at IDEAL Plumbing were heros today! I have been looking for plumbing services all summer, striking out with other local companies who will remain nameless. I connected with IDEAL, booked an appointment and had to change it unexpectedly. Office Dispatch was really cool about it and got me on schedule for the next day.
Joel and Jake were professional, thorough and efficient with my plumbing needs at a very reasonable cost. They were also very informative about other issues regarding my tankless water heater. I am so glad to know that I have finally found a service company that I can look to for great service going forward.

I went into the Ideal Plumbing storefront just to ask an opinion regarding a plumbing repair I was considering hiring another plumber to do. The other plumber had given me a suggestion on how the repair could be done cheaper and faster, but before investing in parts and his labor, I decided to get a second opinion. Mr Bill was manning the counter that day and once I explained the situaton to him, he said the idea was perfect
(thank you, Duane) and immediately went to work finding all of the necessary parts. He explained exactly how I would assemble it at home, added some plumber's tape and sent me on my way saying ""That will be $10.00, but go home and make sure it works, then bring the money in on Monday"". Amazing! He said if I'd hired Ideal to come out, it would have cost me about $166.00, so he did me a HUGE favor when he could have just scheduled an Ideal plumber. THANK YOU MR. BILL, I am now a lifelong customer of both plumbing companies :)

Sadly, I must warn others to beware of their contracts. Even if they don't or can't do all the work, you still pay the whole amount. For another house I had to replace the duct. They had me sign a contract. The crawl space was two hard to get to on one side of my house so they did not repair the duct work on one side of my house. They said I had to pay the whole thing for only half the labor and materials. So beware of their contracts.

Really happy with this company. I called because my kitchen floor was being flooded by a leaking fridge. They sent a plumber right out to get the water shut off. Thank you - that quick response saved my wood floors! I appreciated the opportunity to get the rest of my plumbing shutoffs inspected while the plumber was on site. Very reassuring and at no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me. The tech was completely professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. A perfect service call. Great company - I definitely recommend and will use them again.

I wrote a post response two days ago. But it has still not posted.

Another plumber came out and correctly diagnosed our primary problem. Which was a disconnection at the city main. This plumber contacted the city. The city is going to fix the problem.

The bathroom floor drain was completely unrelated to our cast iron main. It was a blockage before our mainline.

I am not going to name real professional service. As I do not wish them associated with Ideal in any way.

What Ideal did achieve was pushing everything to the problem with the city main. Rather than the equipment and expertise to solve our problem?

We got a $1,400+ bill for no problem solution - at all.

I dislike having to repeat myself as people need their jobs. But this is NOT a company to do business with. As you can read for yourself now.

I 've been using Ideal plumbing for over 35 years there always great. Yesterday Dustin (Don the owners son) was at my auto shop replacing a hot water heater. He was great very professional and personable. I always recommend Ideal Plumbing and will continue to. Thanks

Ideal Plumbing did an excellent job on my kitchen Plumbing repairs. I had a pretty major issue with my kitchen plumbing, in my 1950s home, and the techs did an outstanding job replacing the pipes. They are professional and really know what they are doing.
