There's honestly not enough space, or paragraphs, here for me to be able to adequately explain to you what an honest, reputable, and simply stellar, plumbing company this is. Janice and Gregg are genuine and professional. We had been having a horrible last six months, to a year, and then we began having plumbing problems on top of all that. We live in a wonderful neighborhood, but the houses are old and require repair. Our clothes washer, which drains into a cast iron pipe in our garage, began backing up into the garage sink, and onto the garage floor. Gregg, and his co-worker, discovered that it was full of grime and clogged and they snaked it out and now it drains. Then we had a kitchen sink drain leak, behind the wall, which was leaking into the garage, and Gregg repaired that as well. He even noticed that our kitchen sink faucet was leaking fast, and remarked that that could cost us money on our water bill. You won't believe this though, because he even had the exact Moen cartridge, and cartridge puller, on his van to repair it. This can be an unpredictable world, but Ideal Plumbing is a great contractor you can trust.

I called Ideal Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet and replace two spigots outside. They scheduled for the next day. The first day they were 3 hours late. They had to come back the next day because it got dark, was told it would be in the morning, but it ended up being 7:00 PM. The last visit was scheduled between 8-9 am and at 9:20 I called and they were more than 30 minutes away. I told them never mind, I cut my losses and had to get another company to finish. All in all they did adequate work, it took a lot of time, and they didn't finish, mainly because they would never show up on time.
